Claims (4)
- 各々、第1の3端子スイッチ素子と第2の3端子スイッチ素子とが電気的に接続され、前記第1の3端子スイッチ素子の駆動に基づいて駆動する3端子発光素子を備える駆動回路を複数個配列して構成される発光集積回路であって、
複数の駆動回路のうち、隣接する一方の駆動回路を第1の駆動回路、他方を第2の駆動回路と呼ぶとき、
前記第1の駆動回路に含まれる第1の3端子スイッチ素子は、前記第1の駆動回路に含まれる第2の3端子スイッチ素子の駆動に併せて、外部から供給された、互いに異なる第1のクロック信号、又は第2のクロック信号の内、何れか一方の信号に基づいて駆動し、
前記第1の駆動回路に含まれる第2の3端子スイッチ素子は、前記第1のクロック信号、又は前記第2のクロック信号とは立上りタイミング、及び立下りタイミングが異なる第3のクロック信号、又は第4のクロック信号の内、何れか一方の信号が制御電極を介して供給されることにより駆動し、
前記第1の駆動回路に含まれる3端子発光素子は、前記第1の駆動回路に含まれる第1の3端子スイッチ素子の駆動に併せて、当該3端子発光素子の駆動のタイミング及び駆動時間を制御する電源データ信号が供給されることにより駆動し、
前記第2の駆動回路に含まれる第1の3端子スイッチ素子は、前記第1のクロック信号、又は前記第2のクロック信号の内、他方の信号に基づいて駆動し、
前記第1の駆動回路に含まれる第2の3端子スイッチ素子と電気的に接続された前記第2の駆動回路に含まれる第2の3端子スイッチ素子は、前記第3のクロック信号、又は前記第4のクロック信号の内、他方の信号が制御電極を介して供給されることにより駆動し、
前記第2の駆動回路に含まれる3端子発光素子は、前記第2の駆動回路に含まれる第1の3端子スイッチ素子の駆動に併せて、当該3端子発光素子の駆動のタイミング及び駆動時間を制御する電源データ信号が供給されることにより駆動すること
を特徴とする発光集積回路。 - 前記第2の3端子スイッチ素子は、トランジスタであること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の発光集積回路。 - 請求項1記載の発光集積回路と、
前記発光集積回路から発光された光を集光する光学系とを備えること
を特徴とする光学ヘッド。 - 請求項3記載の光学ヘッドと、
前記光学ヘッドと対向する位置に回動支持された像担持体を備え、
前記光学ヘッドは、前記像担持体表面に所定の潜像画像を形成すること
を特徴とする画像形成装置。
