Claims (2)
- 半径方向での膨張の前後でほぼ円筒状輪郭を持ち、身体管腔内に外科手術で挿入され、半径方向には膨張可能であり、軸方向には収縮しづらいステントにおいて、前記ステントの少なくとも一部は、
第1の円周要素(220−1)と、
第2の円周要素(220−2)と、
前記第1及び第2の円周要素を連結する直線状の軸方向要素(250)と
からなる円周要素対を複数個有するステントであって、
前記第1及び第2の各円周要素は、前記ステントの円筒状輪郭を構成する矩形状に蛇行する湾曲部からなり、
前記各湾曲部は、扁平谷部と扁平山部とからなり、
前記第1の円周要素(220−1)と第2の円周要素(220−2)とは、並行に、その各扁平山部と扁平谷部とがそれぞれ鏡対称になるよう、配置され、
前記軸方向要素(250)は、前記第1の円周要素(220−1)と第2の円周要素(220−2)との間の最大間隔の場所を全て連結し、
前記複数の円周要素対の内の隣接する円周要素対の間の最小間隔の場所を全て連結するアーチ状の連結要素(280)を更に有する
ことを特徴とするステント。 - 半径方向での膨張の前後でほぼ円筒状輪郭を持ち、身体管腔内に外科手術で挿入され、半径方向には膨張可能であり、軸方向には収縮しづらいステントにおいて、前記ステントの少なくとも一部は、
第1の円周要素(320a)と、
第2の円周要素(320b)と、
前記第1及び第2の円周要素を連結する軸方向要素と
からなる円周要素対を複数個有するステントであって、
前記第1及び第2の円周要素は、それぞれ、前記ステントの円筒状輪郭を構成する矩形状に蛇行する湾曲部からなり、
前記各湾曲部は、扁平谷部と扁平山部とからなり、
前記第1の円周要素(320a)と第2の円周要素(320b)とは、並行に、その各扁平山部と扁平谷部とがそれぞれ鏡対称になるよう、配置され、
前記軸方向要素は、前記第1の円周要素(320a)と第2の円周要素(320b)との間の最大間隔の場所を全て連結するようになされ、
前記複数の円周要素対の内の隣接する円周要素対の相互に隣接する扁平山部が全て相互に連結されている
ことを特徴とするステント。
