Description
Claims (6)
- 制振すべき振動部材に対して、ばね部材を介してマス部材を弾性支持せしめることにより、主振動系を構成する該振動部材に対する副振動系としてのダイナミックダンパを構成する制振装置において、
前記ばね部材として金属からなる板ばねを用い、該板ばねの一方の端部を前記マス部材に取り付けると共に該板ばねの他方の端部を前記振動部材に取り付ける一方、互いに径方向に離隔配置されたインナ軸部材とアウタ筒部材をゴム弾性体によって径方向に連結せしめたゴムブッシュを用い、該板ばねの該マス部材及び該振動部材の少なくとも一方への取付部位に該ゴムブッシュを配設して該ゴムブッシュの該インナ軸部材と該アウタ筒部材の一方を該板ばねに固定すると共に該インナ軸部材と該アウタ筒部材の他方を該ゴムブッシュが配設された該マス部材乃至は該振動部材に固定して、制振すべき振動による該マス部材の変位に際して該ゴムブッシュの捩り方向にモーメントが及ぼされるようにしたことを特徴とする制振装置。
- 前記板ばねを複数用いると共に、該板ばねの少なくとも一つを他の板ばねに対して、制振すべき振動方向で離隔した位置に配設した請求項1に記載の制振装置。
- 前記板ばねを複数用いると共に、それら複数の板ばねによって合成される弾性支持中心軸を、前記マス部材の重心を通る鉛直方向とした請求項1又は2に記載の制振装置。
- 一枚の板ばね用部材を用い、該板ばね用部材の長手方向中央部分を前記マス部材に固定する一方、該板ばね用部材の両端部分を該マス部材から水平方向両側に延び出させることによって一対の前記板ばねを構成すると共に、それら各板ばねにおいて該マス部材から延び出した先端部分に前記ゴムブッシュを取り付けた請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の制振装置。
- 前記板ばねにおける前記マス部材への取付部位と前記振動部材への取付部位の間に、側面視において湾曲する湾曲部を設けた請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の制振装置。
- 前記マス部材として、中空ハウジングの内部に形成された収容空所に独立マス部材を収容配置せしめて、該独立マス部材と該収容空所の内面の間に微小隙間を設けることにより、該独立マス部材が該収容空所で該中空ハウジングから独立して自由変位が許容されるようにしたダンパマスを用いる請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の制振装置。
