Claims (2)
- 水銀の分析線を放射する水銀ランプと、
試料から気化された水銀を内部に通過させるとともに、前記水銀の分析線を透過させる吸収セルと、
前記吸収セルを透過する水銀の分析線強度を検出する検出器とを備え、
前記検出器からの信号強度を時間積分することにより試料中の水銀の含有量を定量する水銀分析装置であって、
測定開始時間から前記信号強度のピーク値と所定の比率を有する信号強度の立下り値になる時間までを前記時間積分の積分時間とする信号処理手段を有する水銀分析装置。 - 水銀ランプから放射される水銀の分析線を試料から気化された水銀を内部に通過させる吸収セルに透過させ、
前記吸収セルを透過した水銀の分析線強度を検出器で検出し、
検出した信号強度を時間積分することにより試料中の水銀の含有量を定量する水銀分析方法であって、
測定開始時間から前記信号強度のピーク値と所定の比率を有する信号強度の立下り値になる時間までを前記時間積分の積分時間とする水銀分析方法。
