Description
a)前記束の第1端部を覆う前記第1被覆の第1部分を除去すること及び前記金属導体の第2端部を前記第1部分より長い伸張部分にわたって覆う前記第2被覆の前記第2部分を除去すること、
b)前記第1電線の前記第1端部から始め、前記金属導体が前記第1被覆に影響するまで、螺旋状に前記第2端部を巻回すること、
c)前記金属導体の前記第2端部で規定される螺旋の進行方向を、前記第1被覆を覆う少なくとも1つの輪を形成するように変更すること、
d)前記束の前記第1端部の方向に前記金属導体を螺旋状に巻回すること及び前記第1と第2の電線を相互に整列させること、
e)前記金属導体の前記第2端部を全体的に覆うように、錫、他の導体又は被覆要素の少なくとも1つの層を加えること、
の段階から成ることを特徴とする方法によって達成される。
Claims (5)
- 第1絶縁被覆で覆われた炭素繊維束で構成される第1電線を第2絶縁被覆で覆われた金属導体で構成される第2電線と相互接続する方法であって、
a)前記束の第1端部を覆う前記第1被覆の第1部分を除去すること及び前記金属導体の第2端部を前記第1部分より長い伸張部分にわたって覆う前記第2被覆の前記第2部分を除去すること、
b)前記第1電線の前記第1端部から始め、前記金属導体が前記第1被覆に影響するまで、螺旋状に前記第2端部を巻回すること、
c)前記金属導体の前記第2端部で規定される螺旋の進行方向を、前記第1被覆を覆う少なくとも1つの輪を形成するように変更すること、
d)前記束の前記第1端部の方向に前記金属導体を螺旋状に巻回すること及び前記第1と第2の電線を相互に整列させること、
e)前記金属導体の前記第2端部を全体的に覆うように、錫、他の導体又は被覆要素の少なくとも1つの層を加えること、
の段階から成ることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの層が、電気絶縁材料製で端部が前記第1と第2の被覆をそれぞれ部分的に覆う熱収縮被覆で閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1被覆が良好な電気絶縁性と良好な機械的抵抗を有するシリコン樹脂で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記層が前記金属導体の前記第2端部を完全に覆い、前記束の前記第1端部を巻回した状態のものをまとめることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1絶縁被覆で覆われた炭素繊維束で構成される第1電線及び第2絶縁被覆で覆われた金属導体で構成される第2電線から成る複合電線であって、前記第1と第2の被覆が前記第1と第2の電線のそれぞれ第1と第2の端部で部分的に除去され、前記第2の被覆が前記第1の被覆より長い部分にわたって除去され、前記第2の端部が前記第1の端部を実質的に完全に覆うように螺旋状に巻回され、結合手段を構成するように前記第1の被覆の周りに巻き付けられる少なくとも1つの輪を規定し、錫、他の金属又は他の被覆要素の少なくとも1つの層で前記第2の端部が実質的に完全にケース内に覆われることを特徴とする、複合電線。
