Abstract

Procédé d'interconnexion d'un premier câble électrique (1), constitué par un faisceau de fibres de carbone (2) enveloppé dans une première gaine isolante (3), avec un second câble (4) constitué par un conducteur métallique (5) enveloppé dans une seconde gaine isolante (6); le procédé permet le retrait d'une première partie de la première gaine (3) qui couvre une première extrémité (7) du faisceau en fibres de carbone, et le retrait d'une seconde partie de la seconde gaine (6) qui couvre une seconde extrémité (8) du conducteur métallique (5), sur une extension supérieure à celle de la première partie. Le procédé prévoit ensuite l'enroulement en spirale de la seconde extrémité (8) du conducteur métallique (5), en partant de la première extrémité (7) du premier câble (1), jusqu'à ce qu'un tel conducteur métallique (5) atteigne la première gaine (3), et ensuite le changement de direction de l'avancement de la spirale défini par la telle seconde extrémité (8), pour former au moins une boucle (9) qui couvre la première gaine (3). Le procédé prévoit ensuite l'enroulement en spirale du conducteur métallique (5) en direction de la première extrémité (7) du faisceau (2) et l'alignement mutuel des premier et second câbles (2, 4), et ensuite, l'ajout d'au moins une couche (10) d'étain ou autre conducteur ou élément d'enrobage pour couvrir totalement la seconde extrémité (8) du conducteur métallique (5).
