- aPb(Mn1/3Sb2/3)O3−bPb(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3−cPb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)O3−yPbZrO3−zPbTiO3と表記される多成分系ジルコンチタン酸鉛(PZT)において、組成範囲が0.46≦y/(y+z)≦0.54,0.0726≦a+b+c≦0.0870,0.0676≦a+b≦0.0810,0.0338≦a≦0.0405,0.0338≦b≦0.0405,0.005≦c≦0.006(但しa+b+c+y+z=1)であることを特徴とする圧電磁器組成物。
- 前記Pbの一部をSrに置換したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電磁器組成物。
- 常温下で圧電振動子として共振駆動されている状態での振動子の振動節点における温度上昇が20℃に達するときの振動速度を振動速度限界Vmaxとして、Vmaxが0.3m/s以上で、かつ比誘電率が600以上で、かつ縦振動モードにおける電気機械結合係数K33が0.6以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の圧電磁器組成物。
