Description
略円筒状のギアである。ピニオン8の内周面には、直スプライン8aが形成されている。ピニオン8は、直スプライン8aをシャフト7の直スプライン7aに嵌合させた状態で、シャフト7の前端部に配設されている。
潤滑油を周囲に飛散させている。飛散した潤滑油がバレル5周辺に付着し、クラッチギア4とバレル5との間に浸透する可能性がある。しかし、図3に示すように、クラッチギア4とバレル5との間には、油脂5aが介在しているため、滑り時の摩擦係数が高くなることはない。そのため、過大な回転力を安定して吸収することができる。
Claims (5)
- 円筒状の内周面を有する第1回転部材と、円筒状の外周面を有し、外周面を該第1回転部材の内周面と対向させた状態で該第1回転部材に圧入される第2回転部材とからなり、該第1回転部材又は該第2回転部材のいずれかに所定値以上の回転力が加わると、該第1回転部材と該第2回転部材との間で滑りを生じ、回転力の伝達を遮断する回転力伝達装置において、
前記第1回転部材は、潤滑油の塗布された歯部を外周面に有するギアであり、
該第1回転部材の内周面又は該第2回転部材の外周面のいずれかに、前記潤滑油より摩擦係数の高い油と二硫化モリブデンとを混合した油脂が塗布されていることを特徴とする回転力伝達装置。 - 前記潤滑油は、エステル系油又はαオレフィン系油であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転力伝達装置。
- 前記油脂は、二硫化モリブデンの含有率が50〜70%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回転力伝達装置。
- 前記第1回転部材の内周面又は前記第2回転部材の外周面のいずれかに、化成処理によって形成された化成被膜と二硫化モリブデンとからなる潤滑層を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の回転力伝達装置。
- 前記第1回転部材及び前記第2回転部材は、スタータのモータとピニオンの間に配設され、該モータの回転力を該ピニオンに伝達するとともに、該ピニオンがリングギアと噛合するときの衝撃に伴う回転力が所定値以上とき、該ピニオンから該モータへの回転力の伝達を遮断することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の回転力伝達装置。
