Claims (7)
- 電気エネルギを誘導的に伝送する為の回路装置において、
発振回路(Lpr,Cpr)と、
前記発振回路を励起するように適合された相補型(complementary)スイッチングトランジスタ(T2、T4)を備えたプッシュ−プル回路と、
相補型制御用トランジスタ(T1,T3)を含む相補型スイッチングトランジスタの為の制御回路と、
1つの出力信号が前記相補型制御用トランジスタに供給される周波数発生装置と、を備え、
前記周波数発生装置(F)は、グランドを参照して前記1つの出力信号を生成し、
前記1つの出力信号は、前記相補型制御用トランジスタ(T1,T3)の制御用端子に供給される、回路装置。 - 発振回路(Lpr,Cpr)は、およそ、周波数発生装置(F)の周波数に同調されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回路装置。
- 周波数発生装置(F)は、矩形波信号であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の回路装置。
- 前記スイッチングトランジスタ(T2,T4)の前記制御用端子は、抵抗器(R1)により接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の回路装置。
- 第1コンデンサ(C1)は、前記第1制御用トランジスタ(T1)の主要電流路に対し並列に配置され、第2コンデンサ(C2)は、第2制御用トランジスタ(T3)の主要電流路に対し並列に配置され、前記第1コンデンサ(C1)は、前記抵抗器(R1)の第1端部に接続され、前記第2コンデンサ(C2)は、前記抵抗器(R1)の第2端部に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回路装置。
- 前記スイッチングトランジスタ(T2,T4)の主要電流路は、直列に接続され、供給用電圧源(U1)は、それに対し、並列になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の回路装置。
- 前記第1コンデンサ(C1)と抵抗器(R1)と第2コンデンサ(C2)は、直列に接続され、供給用電圧源(U1)は、それに対して並列になっていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の回路装置。
