Description
−ビスフェノールA、及び
−ノボラッカー
の可能な二つの種類のうち一つを有する。
−ビニル希釈液中で無機充填材とビニルエステル樹脂の混合物を溶液中で調製し、
−混合物に触媒及び硬化促進剤を加え、
−減圧下で混合物を脱ガス化し、
−得られた混合物を型に流し入れ、そして
−型内で硬化させる。
−過酸化メチルエチルケトン、過酸化アセチルアセトン、過酸化メチルイソブチルケトン、過酸化シクロヘキサノン及びクメンヒドロペルオキシドなどのケトンから誘導された過酸化物;
−ジメチルアニリン、ジエチルアニリン及びジメチルパラトルイジンなど芳香族第三級アミンと組み合わさっていることもある、例えば過酸化ベンゾイルなどの過酸化ジアシル;
−過酸化ジクミル及び過酸化ジテルチオブチルなどの過酸化ジアルキル。
図1は、本発明による二つの物質の160と170℃での質量損失(%)を時間(日)によって示している。
以下の実施例は、Dow ChemicalよりDerakane Momentum470−300という商品名で販売されている樹脂をビニルエステル樹脂として使用し、ホウ化亜鉛及びアルミナ水和物又は水酸化マグネシウムを含む、中性子遮蔽及び未臨界維持のための複合物質の製造方法を説明する。
−樹脂+スチレンの量に対して1重量%の、Akzoより販売されている促進剤55028、及び
−樹脂+スチレンの量に対して2重量%の、Akzoより販売されているButanox M50触媒(過酸化メチルエチルケトン)。
−密度:1.697
−水素含量:4.72重量%、すなわち4.78x1022原子/cm3、
−ホウ素含量:0.97重量%、すなわち9.17x1020原子/cm3。
−α:20から140℃の間は35x10−6K−1、そして
−α:140℃より高温では97x10−6K−1。
−圧縮モジュラス:4166±100MPa、
−最大応力:155.3±0.8Mpa、
−圧縮破壊:7±0.2%。
−樹脂の量に対して0.9重量%の、Akzoより販売されている促進剤NL 49P、及び

Claims (15)
- エポキシアクリレートビニルエステル樹脂、エポキシメタクリレートビニルエステル樹脂、ビスフェノールA型ビニルエステル樹脂、ノボラッカー型ビニルエステル樹脂、ビスフェノールAをベースとするハロゲン化ビニルエステル樹脂、及び、イソフタルポリエステル及びウレタンから得られるビニルエステル樹脂からなる群から選択されるビニルエステル樹脂から形成されるマトリックス、及び、中性子を減速させ吸収することが可能な無機充填材を含むことを特徴とする、中性子遮蔽及び未臨界維持用複合物質。
- 前記無機充填材が、少なくとも一つのホウ素系無機化合物及び少なくとも一つの水素化無機化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の物質。
- 前記ホウ素系無機化合物が、ホウ酸H3BO3、ホウ酸亜鉛Zn2O14,5H7B6、Zn4O8B2H2及びZn2O11B6、コレマナイトCa2O14B6H10、炭化ホウ素B4C、窒化ホウ素BN及び酸化ホウ素B2O3からなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の物質。
- ホウ酸亜鉛Zn2O14,5H7B6及び炭化ホウ素B4Cからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つのホウ素系無機化合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の物質。
- 前記水素化無機化合物が、アルミナ水和物及び水酸化マグネシウムからなる群より選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の物質。
- 前記水素化無機化合物及びホウ素系無機化合物の量が、物質中のホウ素濃度が8×1020から15×1021ホウ素原子/cm3であり、水素濃度が4×1022から6×1022原子/cm3となる量であることを特徴とする請求項4乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の物質。
- 25から40重量%のビニルエステル樹脂を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の物質。
- 密度が1.6以上、好ましくは1.65から1.9であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の物質。
- 160℃の最低使用温度に耐えることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の物質。
- 以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の複合物質の製造方法:
−ビニル希釈液の中で無機充填材とビニルエステル樹脂の混合溶液を調製し、
−混合物に触媒及び硬化促進材を加え、
−減圧下で混合物を脱ガス化し、
−型に得られた混合物を流し入れ、そして
−型中で混合物を硬化させる。 - 前記ビニル希釈液がスチレンであることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記型が、放射性物質の輸送及び/又は保管用梱包物であることを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項の複合物質から形成された遮蔽材を含むことを特徴とする、放射性物質の輸送及び/又は保管用梱包物。
