Claims (3)
- 外周面に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたねじ軸と、
このねじ軸に外嵌され、内周面に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたナットと、
対向する両ねじ溝により形成される転動路に収容された複数のボールと、
前記ナットの胴部に穿設された駒窓に、当該ナットの内径側から嵌合され、前記転動路を周回経路とする連結溝が形成された駒部材とを備え、油攪拌潤滑中で使用されるボールねじにおいて、
前記駒部材がMIMによって成形される焼結金属からなり、その外郭の一部で、前記連結溝の両側に前記ナットの外周部と内周部とが連通され、油導入穴の機能を備える切欠き部が形成されると共に、前記駒部材が、前記ナットのねじ溝に係合して当該駒部材を位置決めするアームと、前記駒窓の両側縁に加締固定されるガイド壁が当該駒部材の周方向両側にそれぞれ一体形成され、このガイド壁が前記連結溝の両端の位置に対向して設けられていることを特徴とするボールねじ。 - 前記駒部材のガイド壁が塑性変形可能で、かつ加締部強度が確保できる靭性を有し、熱処理によって少なくとも前記連結溝の表面硬さが30HRC以上に設定されている請求項1に記載のボールねじ。
- 前記駒部材が浸炭材で形成され、浸炭焼入れによって表面が硬化処理されると共に、前記ガイド壁が焼きなましによって表面硬さが15〜23HRCの範囲に設定されている請求項2に記載のボールねじ。
