Claims (1)
- 外周面に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたねじ軸と、
このねじ軸に外嵌され、内周面に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたナットと、
対向する両ねじ溝により形成される転動路に収容された複数のボールと、
前記ナットの胴部に穿設された駒窓に嵌合され、前記転動路を周回経路とする連結溝が形成されると共に、前記ナットのねじ溝に係合して位置決めするアームと、前記駒窓の両側縁に加締固定されるガイド壁が一体形成された駒部材とを備えたモーメント荷重が作用する自動車用駒式ボールねじにおいて、
前記駒部材がMIMによって成形される焼結金属からなり、前記ガイド壁の塑性変形が可能な靭性を有する析出硬化系ステンレスで形成されると共に、当該駒部材が固溶化熱処理によって硬化処理され、その表面硬さが30HRC以上に設定されていることを特徴とする自動車用駒式ボールねじ。
