図1は、真空遮断室を備えた遮断器部分の断面図であり、
図2は、補償層を備えた遮断器部分の断面図であり、
図3は、多層のプラスチック被覆を備えた遮断器部分の断面図であり、
図4は、傾斜領域を有する遮断器部分の断面図である。
境界面ドーピングのため、並びに付着の改善のために付着媒体、媒介材料若しくはドーピング材料を備えていてよく、付着媒体、媒介材料若しくはドーピング材料は真空遮断室及びプラスチックの所定の浸入深さにわたって機械的な結合及び付着結合を生ぜしめるようになっている。
Claims (15)
- 中圧及び高圧用遮断装置のための真空遮断室及び外側の絶縁被覆を備えた遮断器部分の製造方法において、外側の絶縁被覆をプラスチック射出成形法によって80バールより高い圧力で真空遮断室の周囲に被覆成形することを特徴とする、中圧及び高圧用遮断装置のための遮断器部分の製造方法。
- 絶縁被覆をプラスチック射出成形法によって熱可塑性プラスチックで形成する請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 絶縁被覆をプラスチック射出成形法によって熱硬化性プラスチックで形成する請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 絶縁被覆をプラスチック射出成形法によってゴム弾性のプラスチックで成形する請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 真空遮断室の射出成形被覆の前に該真空遮断室の外周に補償層を形成する請求項2又は3に記載の製造方法。
- 良好な付着特性を得るために、付着媒体を1つ若しくは複数の境界層の領域に施す請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 境界面に所定の付着特性を得るために、該境界面を浸漬法、若しくはスプレー法、若しくは塗布法、若しくはプラズマ法によってドーピングする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 遮断器構成部分の絶縁被覆を、互いに順次に施される少なくとも2つのプラスチック層によって形成する請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- まずゴム弾性の1つの層を構成部分若しくは真空遮断室に形成し、次いで該構成部分若しくは真空遮断室をプラスチックで射出被覆し、該構成部分若しくは真空遮断室はプラスチックから成る複数の層を含んでいる請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 絶縁被覆の膨張係数を真空遮断室の材料に適合させるために、射出成形型内へのプラスチックの射出の前に該プラスチックに添加剤を混合し、若しくはセラミック質の材料又はガラスから成る粒子、球体、中空球体若しくは繊維を混合する請求項9に記載の製造方法。
- 中圧及び高圧用遮断装置のための真空遮断室及び絶縁被覆を備えた遮断器部分において、外側の絶縁被覆は、プラスチック射出成形法によって80バールより高い圧力で真空遮断室に形成された層から成っていることを特徴とする、中圧及び高圧用遮断装置のための真空遮断室及び絶縁被覆を備えた遮断器部分。
- 絶縁被覆の少なくとも1つの層は、熱可塑性プラスチックから成っている請求項11に記載の遮断器部分。
- 絶縁被覆の少なくとも1つの層は、熱硬化性プラスチックから成っている請求項11に記載の遮断器部分。
- 絶縁被覆の少なくとも1つの層は、ゴム弾性の材料から成っている請求項11に記載の遮断器部分。
- 遮断器構成部分の絶縁被覆は、互いに重ねられた少なくとも2つのプラスチック層から形成されている請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の開閉部分。
