Abstract

Заявлено изготовление элементов полюса переключателя с вакуумированной переключающей камерой и внешней изоляционной оболочкой, предназначенных для переключателей среднего и высокого напряжения. Внешнюю изоляционную оболочку изготовляют методом литья под давлением синтетических материалов путем облицовки вакуумированной камеры, литья пластмассы, под давлением осуществляют при давлении по крайней мере 80 бар и при температуре около 160 ºC, причем для согласования коэффициентов расширения изоляционной оболочки и материала вакуумированной переключающей камеры синтетический материал перед его литьем под давлением смешивают с наполнителями, такими как крупинки, шарики, полые шарики или волокна, из керамических материалов или стекла. Элемент полюса переключателя, изготовленный упомянутым способом, содержит вакуумированную переключающую камеру и изоляционную оболочку для переключателей среднего и высокого напряжения, причем внешняя изоляционная оболочка состоит из одного слоя, нанесенного на вакуумированную камеру методом литья синтетических материалов под давлением.
