Claims (9)
- 中圧スイッチング装置の極部材を製造する方法において、真空断続室(1)に絶縁封止が設けられており、真空断続室(1)が、鋳型においてプラスチック材料(2)を射出成形することによって、型コア(6)と一緒に封止され、封止プロセスの前に、補強リング(4)が、前記射出成形中の型シールとして、真空断続室(1)のカバー(5)の外面上で型コア(6)とセラミック絶縁体の端面との間に位置決めされ、次いで、封止におけるロストシールとして残るように封止され、型コア(6)が次いで除去されることを特徴とする、中圧スイッチング装置の極部材を製造する方法。
- 製造プロセスにおいて使用される型コア(6)が硬化鋼から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 射出成形中の型シールとして製造プロセスにおいて使用される補強リング(4)が銅又は銅合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 射出成形中の型シールとして製造プロセスにおいて使用される補強リング(4)がアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 射出成形中の型シールとして製造プロセスにおいて使用される補強リング(4)が、射出成形の間の圧力及び温度に耐える、耐熱性及び耐圧性のプラスチックから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 中圧スイッチング装置のための極部材であって、真空断続室(1)に絶縁封止が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
補強リング(4)が、封止プロセスのために一時的に提供される射出成形コア(6)と一時的に接触するように、真空断続室(1)のカバーの外面に沿って配置されており、補強リング(4)が、完成した封止に残るように配置されていることを特徴とする、中圧スイッチング装置のための極部材。 - 補強リング(4)が銅又は銅合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の極部材。
- 補強リング(4)がアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の極部材。
- 補強リング(4)が耐熱性及び耐圧性のプラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の極部材。
