Claims (9)
- 中圧スイッチング装置の極部材を製造する方法であって、真空断続室に絶縁封止が設けられており、真空断続室が、絶縁材料を用いる鋳型において、下側カバーにおいて真空断続室に取り付けられた型コアと一緒に封止される形式のものにおいて、
封止プロセスの前に、補強リングが、別個の射出成形されたシールとして、真空断続室カバーの外周上に又は該外周の近くに、真空断続室の下側カバーと型コアとの間に、位置決めされ、次いで、封止におけるロストシールとして残るように封止もされ、型コアが次いで再び除去されることを特徴とする、中圧スイッチング装置の極部材を製造する方法。 - 製造プロセスにおいて使用される型コアが硬化鋼から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 射出成形されたシールとして製造プロセスにおいて使用される補強リングが銅又は銅合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 射出成形されたシールとして製造プロセスにおいて使用される補強リングがアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 射出成形されたシールとして製造プロセスにおいて使用される補強リングが、公知の射出成形圧力の間の公知の射出成形温度に耐える、耐熱性及び耐圧性のプラスチックから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 中圧スイッチング装置のための極部材であって、真空断続室に絶縁封止が設けられている形式のものにおいて、
補強リング(4)が、射出成形コア(6)が封止プロセスのために一時的に提供される真空断続室(1)のそのカバー面に、射出成形コアと一時的に接触するように配置されており、補強リンク(4)が、完成した封止に残るように配置されていることを特徴とする、中圧スイッチング装置のための極部材。 - 補強リング(4)が銅又は銅合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の極部材。
- 補強リング(4)がアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の極部材。
- 補強リング(4)が耐熱性及び耐圧性のプラスチックから形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の極部材。
