Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.中央チューブ状部分、およびそこから伸びている少なくとも2つの半径方 向の壁フィン延長部を有して成るチューブ状ポリマーシェッドであり、シェッド は、成形されたポリマー組成物からできており、半径方向の壁フィン延長部の縁 の周囲に位置する金型合わせすじを有するシェッド。 2.内径IDとフィン延長部の長さLの比ID/Lが、約0.250〜約10 であり、中央チューブ状部分の壁の厚さtが、約0.254〜約12.7mmである 請求項1に記載のシェッド。 3.該シェッドの漏れ距離:クリアランス比が5:1より大きくなるように、 閉鎖末端部でシェッドの中央チューブ状部分に接合している閉鎖末端円周方向外 部チューブ状部材をさらに有する請求項1に記載のシェッド。 4.閉鎖末端円周方向外部チューブ状部材がベル型であり、シェッドデザイン が、末端部で接合している外部ベル型の内部に少なくとも複式同心チューブ状ベ ル型部材をさらに含むために十分な直径を有しており、各チューブ状同心ベル型 部材の表面漏れ距離:クリアランス比が5:1より大きい請求項3に記載のシェ ッド。 5.外部チューブ状部材がその内部に位置する第3チューブ状シェッド部品を 有し、該第3チューブ状シェッド部品が2つまたはそれ以上の半径方向のフィン 延長リングを有し、それによって表面の沿面漏れ長さを増加させて、有効電気ス トレスおよび空中浮揚汚染物侵入を減少させる請求項3に記載のシェッド。 6.延長率約0.1〜約2.0を有し、ベル型の外縁に位置する少なくとも1つ の湿潤フラッシュオーバーリング延長部をさらに含む請求項3〜5のいずれかに 記載のシェッド。 7.チューブ状部分から伸びた1つまたはそれ以上の半径方向の壁リングフィ ン延長部を有するエラストマー部品の成形法であって、この方法は、金型合わせ すじを半径方向の壁フィン延長部の周縁に位置させ、長手方向の金型合わせすじ を除去する方法であり、以下の工程: (a)金型の開閉時に成形品の長手方向軸に沿って移動する成形形状を含むモ ールディングプレートを合わせる(該プレートは、主要チューブ状壁を越えて伸 びている部分を有するエラストマー成形品を製造するために金型の周縁に沿った フラッシュポイントを有し、チューブ状部分を作るためのインサートを含んでい る); (b)エラストマー部品に成形される材料を、金型に射出する; (c)金型中の該材料を硬化させる; (d)エラストマー部品の半径方向の壁リングフィンの少なくとも1つの部分 が、モールドプレートの開口部を通過できるように、金型を開ける;および (e)成形されたエラストマー部品を取り出す ことから成る方法。 8.それから製造された製品が、チューブ状部分から伸びる3つまたはそれ以 上の半径方向の壁フィンリング部分を有する請求項7に記載の方法。 9.エラストマー部品が、部品のチューブ状部分から発する大小交互の直径の 半径方向の壁フィンリング延長部を有するシェッド;該チューブ状部分から発す る実質的に同じ直径の半径方向の壁フィンリング延長部を有するシェッド;およ び該チューブ状部分の長さに沿って直径が増加している半径方向の壁フィンリン グ延長部を有するシェッド;から成る群から選択されるポリマーシェッドである 請求項7に記載の方法。 10.成形に有用な改良されたシリコーンエラストマー組成物であって、下記 のもの: (a)0.15〜0.30モル%のビニル基および約0.15〜約0.30モル% のシリコンハイブリッド基を有するシリコーンエラストマー約100部; (b)白金触媒約2ppm〜約25ppm; (c)ヒュームド二酸化チタン約0phr〜約20phr; (d)アルミニウム三水和物約0.01phr未満; (e)赤色酸化鉄約5〜約35phr;および (f)充填剤約0〜約50phr から成る組成物。 11.得られる成形組成物がショアーA硬度約65〜約30を有する請求項1 0に記載の組成物。 12.該組成物が、変圧器ブッシュ、サージアレスター、絶縁体、ケーブル末 端、およびカットアウトヒューズ集成装置からなる群から選択されるもののため の外部シェッドに製造される請求項10に記載の組成物。
