Description
Claims (12)
- 自動車に用いられるスタビライザアッセンブリであって、車両上部構造体に結合されたスタビライザ(1)が設けられており、該スタビライザ(1)が、各車両サイドでそれぞれ1つのピストン・シリンダユニット(4;4’)によって、ばね弾性的なホイール支持体部分に結合されており、ピストン・シリンダユニット(4,4’)が、それぞれ少なくともシリンダ(7)内に可動に配置されたピストン(8)を有しており、該ピストン(8)が、シリンダ(7)を、互いに分離された第1のシリンダチャンバ(7a)と第2のシリンダチャンバ(7b)とに分割しており、ピストン・シリンダユニット(4,4’)が、それぞれ一端でスタビライザ(1)の一方の端部にジョイント式に結合されていて、他端で、ばね弾性的なホイール支持体部分にジョイント式に結合されている形式のものにおいて、少なくとも1つのピストン(8)に、第1のシリンダチャンバ(7a)と第2のシリンダチャンバ(7b)とを接続するそれぞれ少なくとも1つの接続管路(14)が形成されており、該それぞれ少なくとも1つの接続管路(14)内に、一方向に作用する逆止弁(15)が配置されており、ピストン(8)が、少なくとも一方の終端位置に運動可能であることを特徴とする、自動車に用いられるスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- シリンダチャンバ(7a,7b)の外部に、両シリンダチャンバ(7a,7b)を接続するバイパス管路(17)が配置されており、該バイパス管路(17)内に弁が配置されている、請求項1記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- バイパス管路(17)内に配置された前記弁が、第1のシリンダチャンバ(7a)から第2のシリンダチャンバ(7b)への通流および/または逆に第2のシリンダチャンバ(7b)から第1のシリンダチャンバ(7a)への通流を可能にしているかまたは遮断している、請求項2記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- 前記弁が、逆止弁(21)として形成されている、請求項2または3記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- バイパス管路(17)内に配置された逆止弁(21)が遮断可能であるかまたは遮断解除可能である、請求項4記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- バイパス管路(17)内に配置された逆止弁(21)が、電磁式の操作によって遮断解除可能であるかまたは遮断可能である、請求項5記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- ピストン(8)が、バイパス管路(17)内に配置された逆止弁(21)の遮断解除時にシリンダ(7)内で自由に可動であり、逆止弁(21)の遮断時に一方の終端ストッパの方向にしか運動可能でない、請求項4記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- ピストン(8)の少なくとも一方の終端位置が、シリンダハウジングまたはシリンダハウジングを閉鎖するシリンダ基部(18)によって形成されるようになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- ピストン(8)の少なくとも一方の終端位置が、シリンダハウジングに配置された別個のストッパによって形成されるようになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- ピストン(8)が、一貫して延びるピストンロッド(9)を備えて複動式に形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- ピストンロッド(9)が、ピストン(8)の片側で形成されており、容積変化を補償するための補償ピストン(30)が、圧縮ガス室(32)と共にシリンダ(7)内に配置されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
- 第2のピストンロッド(91)を備えた第2のピストン(81)が、シリンダ内に配置されており、第1のピストン(8)と第2のピストン(81)との間に内側のシリンダ(33)が形成されており、該内側のシリンダ(33)が、補償ピストン(30)と圧縮ガス室(32)とを収容している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載のスタビライザアッセンブリ。
