Description
(A)ランセットキャリッジと、上記ランセットキャリッジに摺動可能に結合されたランセットホルダーと、上記ランセットホルダーに取り付けられたランセットとを備えた切開機構と、
浮動プローブと、
目標の部位に係合して目標の部位の膨張を形成するための圧力先端と
を有し、
上記浮動プローブが、前記圧力先端に対して摺動可能であることにより、前記圧力先端によって前記目標の部位の膨張が形成されると、上記目標の部位の膨張に浮動可能に位置を占めるように適合されかつ上記膨張内への上記ランセットの穿通深さを制御するために上記ランセットキャリッジと機能的に相互作用するように構成されている、切開器具。
(1)ハウジングをさらに有し、ランセットキャリッジが上記ハウジングに摺動可能に結合されていて、ランセットホルダーが上記ランセットキャリッジに摺動可能に結合されていて、浮動プローブが上記ハウジングに摺動可能に結合されている、実施態様(A)記載の切開器具。
(2)浮動プローブが硬質材料で形成されている、実施態様(A)記載の切開器具。
(3)直列に配置された発射ばねおよび分断ばねをさらに有する、実施態様(A)記載の切開器具。
(4)穿通深さが0.25mmから1.5mmまでの範囲内にある、実施態様(A)記載の切開器具。
(5)停止固定アセンブリをさらに有する、実施態様(A)記載の切開器具。
(7)圧力先端がプローブ停止表面を含む、実施態様(A)記載の切開器具。
(8)ランセットキャリッジがランセットホルダーオーバートラベル停止特徴部を含む、実施態様(A)記載の切開器具。
(B)目標の部位を切開する方法であって、
ランセットキャリッジと、上記ランセットキャリッジに摺動可能に結合されたランセットホルダーと、上記ランセットホルダーに取り付けられたランセットと、浮動プローブと、上記目標の部位に係合して目標の部位の膨張を形成するための圧力先端とを備えた切開器具を提供する過程であって、上記浮動プローブが上記目標の部位の膨張に浮動可能に接触するように適合されかつ上記膨張内への上記ランセットの穿通深さを制御するために上記ランセットキャリッジと機能的に相互作用するように構成されている、上記切開器具を提供する過程と、
上記圧力先端を上記目標の部位に接触させる過程と、
上記圧力先端を上記目標の部位に向けて押し、それによって上記浮動プローブが上記目標の部位の膨張の表面上で浮動するように上記目標の部位の上記膨張を形成する過程と、
上記ランセットの穿通を制御するために上記浮動プローブを上記ランセットキャリッジと機能的に相互作用させながら上記目標の部位の膨張を上記ランセットで切開する過程と
を有する、目標の部位を切開する方法。
(9)切開器具を提供する過程が、停止固定アセンブリをさらに含む切開器具を提供し、目標の部位の膨張をランセットで切開する過程が、上記停止固定アセンブリが浮動プローブの動きを防止している間に上記目標の部位の膨張を切開する、実施態様(B)記載の方法。

Claims (9)
- ランセットキャリッジと、上記ランセットキャリッジに摺動可能に結合されたランセットホルダーと、上記ランセットホルダーに取り付けられたランセットとを備えた切開機構と、
浮動プローブと、
目標の部位に係合して目標の部位の膨張を形成するための圧力先端と
を有し、
上記浮動プローブが、前記圧力先端に対して摺動可能であることにより、前記圧力先端によって前記目標の部位の膨張が形成されると、上記目標の部位の膨張の上に浮動可能に位置を占めるように適合されかつ上記膨張内への上記ランセットの穿通深さを制御するために上記ランセットキャリッジと機能的に相互作用するように構成されている、切開器具。 - ハウジングをさらに有し、前記ランセットキャリッジが前記ハウジングに摺動可能に結合されていて、前記ランセットホルダーが前記ランセットキャリッジに摺動可能に結合されていて、前記浮動プローブが前記ハウジングに摺動可能に結合されている、請求項1に記載の切開器具。
- 前記切開機構が、オーバートラベルばねおよび発射ばねをさらに有し、前記ハウジングが浮動プローブばねを含み、前記オーバートラベルばね、前記発射ばね、および前記浮動プローブばねが、前記浮動プローブ、前記ランセットキャリッジ、および前記ランセットホルダーの動きおよび配置を制御するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の切開器具。
- 前記浮動プローブが硬質材料で形成されている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の切開器具。
- 直列に配置された発射ばねおよび分断ばねをさらに有する、請求項1、2、又は4のいずれか1項に記載の切開器具。
- 穿通深さが0.25mmから1.5mmまでの範囲内にある、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の切開器具。
- 前記圧力先端がプローブ停止表面を含み、前記プローブ停止表面が、前記浮動プローブの前記圧力先端に向けての移動可能距離を制限する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の切開器具。
- 前記ランセットキャリッジがランセットホルダーオーバートラベル停止特徴部を含み、前記ランセットホルダーオーバートラベル停止特徴部が、前記ランセットホルダーの前記ランセットキャリッジに対する移動可能距離を制限する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の切開器具。
- 停止固定アセンブリをさらに有し、前記停止固定アセンブリが前記浮動プローブと係合するように構成されることにより、前記ランセットが前記目標の部位の膨張を穿通する間、前記浮動プローブの移動が防止される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の切開器具。
