Claims (7)
- インペラ(1)が、インペラ自身の中心軸(3)の周りをあらかじめ定めた回転方向(V)に回転するようにモーター駆動されるハブ(2)と、ハブ(2)から軸(3)を横切る方向へ延びる複数のブレード(5)とを備えた、軸流ファンであって、
前記ハブ(2)は、カップの形状を有し、底の壁(6)とリング形状の側壁(7)により形成され、
底の壁(6)は、半径方向に配置され高さがハブ(2)の空洞に向けて延びる複数の長いリブ(20)を有し、リブ(20)の各々は、リング形状の側壁(7)の内面に当接し、リング形状の側壁(7)とともに、回転方向(V)に関してリブ(20)の前の位置に底の壁(6)のコーナー領域の境界を定め、
前記ファンが、各コーナー領域が、ごみ、特に水、砂、土、又はスラッジを、ハブ(2)の空洞部からハブ(2)の外側へ排出するための貫通穴(9)を有し、
前記貫通穴(9)が、軸(3)を中心としリング形状の側壁(7)に近接する円に沿って均等に配置され、
前記貫通穴(9)が、ほぼ三角形の形状を有し、
前記コーナー領域の各々において、貫通穴(9)が少なくとも3つの壁(10から15)により境界を定められ、そのうちの、前記軸(3)の方向及び前記回転方向(V)に関して、半径方向及び前記底の壁(6)に対して直角な平面の状態の平らな第1の壁(10)が、リング形状の側壁(7)の延長として実質的に作用し、
各コーナー領域において、貫通穴(9)が少なくとも3つの壁(10から15)により境界を定められ、そのうちの、前記軸(3)の方向及び前記回転方向(V)に関して、半径方向と平行であって、前記軸(3)の方向に関してあらかじめ定めた角度(α)によって後方に角度をつけられた平面の状態の平らな後方の第2の壁(11)が、リブ(20)の延長として実質的に作用することを特徴とする、軸流ファン。 - リブ(2)の軸(3)の方向及び回転方向(V)に関し、各貫通穴(9)が少なくとも3つの壁(10から15)により境界を定められ、そのうちの第1の平らな外側の壁(10)が、半径方向及び底の壁(6)に対して直角な平面の状態であることを特徴とする、前記請求項1に記載のファン。
- リブ(2)の軸(3)の方向及び回転方向(V)に関し、各貫通穴(9)が少なくとも3つの壁(10から15)により境界を定められ、そのうちの第2の平らな後方の壁(11)が、半径方向と平行で、軸(3)の方向に関してあらかじめ定めた角度(α)によって後方に角度をつけられた平面の状態であることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載のファン。
- リブ(2)の軸(3)の方向及び回転方向(V)に関し、各貫通穴(9)が少なくとも3つの壁(10から15)により境界を定められ、そのうちの第3の平らな内側の壁(12)が、半径方向に関して斜めで底の壁(6)に対して直角な平面の状態であることを特徴とする、前記請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のファン。
- リブ(2)の軸(3)の方向及び回転方向(V)に関し、第1及び第2の壁(10、11)が後方の外側にカーブした頂上壁(13)の方向に収束し、第2及び第3の壁(11、12)が後方の内側にカーブした頂上壁(14)の方向に収束し、第1及び第3の壁(10、12)が前方のカーブした頂上壁(15)の方向に収束することを特徴とする、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載のファン。
- 前記あらかじめ定めた角度(α)が、30度と60度の間であることを特徴とする、請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載のファン。
- 前記あらかじめ定めた角度(α)が、45度に等しいことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のファン。
