Claims (3)
- 金属製の燃料タンクと、前記燃料タンクよりも低く配置されて前記燃料タンクからの燃料を濾過するフィルタ装置と、前記フィルタ装置を通過した燃料をエンジンへの吸気流路内に噴射する燃料噴射ポンプと、前記燃料噴射ポンプからの蒸発ガスを前記燃料タンクに戻すリターンパイプとを備え、
前記リターンパイプは、前記燃料タンク内の上限の液面より上方の空気層に突出した状態で前記燃料タンクに固定された金属パイプを有し、
前記金属パイプは前記上限の液面より上方で軸線方向が略水平となる水平部を有し、前記水平部の端部は閉鎖され、かつ、前記水平部の上部に開口が形成されており、
前記金属パイプには、前記上限の液面より上方にある前記開口にて金属フィルタが一体的に取り付けられていることを特徴とする自動二輪車。 - 前記金属フィルタは、前記金属パイプの前記開口に金属メッシュがロウ付けにより取り付けられてなる請求項1に記載の自動二輪車。
- 前記燃料タンクは、最下面となる第1底壁部と、上げ底部分の第2底壁部と、前記第1底壁部と前記第2底壁部とを連続する傾斜した内壁部とを有し、
前記金属パイプは前記第2底壁部に貫通固定されている請求項1又は2に記載の自動二輪車。
