Claims (5)
- 同一方向に回転駆動可能なスクリューシャフト(5、6)が軸間距離(a)を有するツインスクリュー機械のための駆動ユニットであって、
−2本の出力シャフト(8、9)と、
−トルクモータとして形成された駆動モータ(24、25)と、
を備えており、
−−前記2本の出力シャフト(8、9)の互いに平行な軸線(15、16)が前記軸間距離(a)を有し、
−−前記2本の出力シャフト(8、9)が、前記スクリューシャフト(5、6)との同軸結合のために形成され、
−−前記2本の出力シャフト(8、9)が、隣接する出力シャフト(8、9)と衝突しないそれぞれ1つのクラウン歯車(40、41)を備えており、
前記駆動モータ(24、25)が、
−−固定子ハウジング(32、33)と、
−−当該固定子ハウジング(32、33)内に回転可能に配列された回転子(34、35)と、
−−前記固定子ハウジング(32、33)の外側の前記回転子(34、35)の軸方向両端部での、前記回転子と同軸であって前記クラウン歯車(40、41)の1つと結合されるそれぞれ1つの出力ピニオン(36〜39)と、を有する、
駆動ユニット。 - 前記駆動モータ(24、25)の回転軸線(28、29)が、前記出力シャフト(8、9)の軸線(15、16)に対し平行に延在し、また前記軸線(15、16)を通って延びる平面(31)に対し垂直な平面(30)に位置し、両方の前記平面(30、31)が前記軸線(15、16)の間の中心で互いに交差することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記出力ピニオン(36〜39)が同一の径Dを有すること、および前記クラウン歯車(40、41)が同一の径dを有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記出力ピニオン(36〜39)の径Dと、前記クラウン歯車(40、41)の径dとの比率について、D≧3dが適用されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の駆動ユニット。
- 前記軸線(15、16)を通って延びる前記平面(31)に対し鏡面対称に配列される2つの駆動モータ(24、25)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の駆動ユニット。
