Description
(b1)2〜6個のヒドロキシル基を有する脂肪族ポリオールと脂肪族のC10〜C36カルボン酸との脂肪酸エステル、及び
(b2)少なくとも一つのC6〜C18のα‐オレフィンの飽和されたα‐オレフィンオリゴマー
を、1/9〜9/1の成分(b1)と(b2)との質量比で含むところの離型剤の0.01〜3質量%を含むところの熱可塑性組成物により本発明に従って達成される。
下記の物質が使用された。
PC 46ミリリットル/グラムの固有粘度数(25℃でジクロロメタン溶液において測定さ
れた;ISO 16828/4)を持つビスフェノール‐Aポリカーボネート、Xantar(商
標)19R(DSM Engineering Plastics, オランダ国)として入手可能
PETS ペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレート(実際のエステル化度 約88%)、
Loxiol(商標)EP 861(Cognis、ドイツ国) として入手可能
GSM グリセロールモノステアレート、Loxiol(商標)EP 12(Cognis、ドイツ国) として入
手可能
PAO1 1‐デカンの飽和されたα‐オレフィンオリゴマー、Mn 約450グラム/モル、Durasyn
164(BP Chemicals、ベルギー国)
PAO2 1‐デカンの飽和されたα‐オレフィンオリゴマー、Mn 約570グラム/モル、Durasyn
166(BP Chemicals、ベルギー国)
種々の組成物の離型性は、Engel 80機において0°の成形品取出し角度での(直径60mm、高さ70mm及び1.8mmの壁厚さの)円筒形ビーカーの射出成形に間に評価された。該シリンダーの温度設定は、305℃の溶融温度をもたらすために(ホッパーからノズルまで)280〜290℃であり、かつ型は80℃の一定温度に保持された。型は突出ピンを備えられており、その一つは、Kistler タイブ9021A力変換器に接続された。約25回のショットを最初に捨てた後に、成形品取出し力は、少なくとも75回の続くショットの成形の間に自動的に記録されかつ監視された。1、30及び75回のショット数から、時間に伴う詳細な力記録が作られた。平均の取外し力は、75回のショットの間に記録された製品取出し力における最大値の平均値として計算される。
PC、0.3質量%のPETS、及び0.2質量%のGMSを含む組成物が、ZSK25 二軸押出機において該成分を溶融混合し、そして得られた顆粒を乾燥することにより作られた。
Bにおいては、組成物がMRAとして0.6質量%のPAO1を含むこと、及びCにおいては、0.6質量%のPAO2が使用されたことを除いて、比較例Aと同様に、組成物が作られそして試験された。結果は表1に与えられている。図2において、比較例Bのショット数75回のための詳細な力記録が与えられている。記録された力における振動は、また目視的に観察された滑り‐粘着挙動を示す。即ち、物品は滑らかな単一の動きで取出されない。物品の表面を目視的に試験することはまた波状パターンを明らかにする。
他の実験と同様に、組成物が、MRAとしての次の組み合せ、即ち、0.15質量%のPETS、0.1質量%のGMS及び0.3質量%のPAO1で作られた。
半工業規模における試験のために、PC、0.3質量%のPETS及び0.3質量%のPAO2を含む組成物が、ZSK70二軸押出機において該成分を溶融混合し、そして得られた顆粒を乾燥することにより作られた。
実施例2と同様に、PAO2及びPETSの0.6質量%を夫々含む複数の組成物が作られ、そして続いて同一物品に加工された。両方の場合に、取外しの問題及び異常な加工に遭遇しなかった。組成物Dから作られた物品の成形品取出しの間に、キーキーと言う音が生じた。合計のサイクル時間が著しく増加されたときにのみ、安定な加工が可能であることが明らかであった。
Claims (11)
- (a)芳香族ポリカーボネート又は芳香族ポリカーボネートが連続相を形成するところの芳香族ポリカーボネートとポリエステルとのブレンド、並びに(b)離型剤を含む熱可塑性組成物において、
(b1)2〜6個のヒドロキシ基を有する脂肪族ポリオールと脂肪族のC10〜C36カルボン酸との脂肪酸エステル、及び
(b2)少なくとも一つのC6〜C18α‐オレフィンの飽和されたα‐オレフィンオリゴマーを、2/3〜3/1の成分(b1)と(b2)との質量比で含むところの離型剤の0.01〜3質量%を含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - (a)がビスフェノールAポリカーボネートであるところの請求項1記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 成分(b1)におけるポリオールが3〜4個のヒドロキシ基を有するところの請求項1又は2記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 成分(b1)におけるカルボン酸がC16〜C22脂肪酸であるところの請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 成分(b1)がペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレートを含むところの請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 成分(b2)が400〜800グラム/モルの分子質量を有するところの請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 成分(b2)がC8〜C12のポリ‐α‐オレフィンのオリゴマーであるところの請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 成分(b2)がC10のポリ‐α‐オレフィンのオリゴマーであるところの請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 離型剤(b)の量が0.25〜0.75質量%であるところの請求項1〜8のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物。
- 物品の射出成形用に、請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物を使用する方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一つに記載の熱可塑性組成物から作られた成形品。
