(全)反射率={[R(400)+R(420)+…R(660)+R(680)]+[R(420)+R(440)+…R(680)+R(700)]}/30
ポリエステル樹脂(東洋紡績社製「バイロンGK13CS」、固形分50質量%、数平均分子量7,000)60質量部、およびイソシアネート系架橋剤(住友バイエルウレタン社製「デスモジュールBL3175」、固形分75質量%、MEKオキシムブロックのHDI系イソシアヌレート)5質量部またはメラミン系架橋剤(日本サイテックインダストリーズ社製「サイメル303」、固形分98質量%以上、メチル化メラミン樹脂)5質量部、反射率を高めるための添加剤として二酸化チタン(石原産業社製「タイペークCR95」)50質量部を含む塗膜を各種金属板上に形成した。蛍光性物質を含む塗膜層(CおよびD層)の場合、その塗膜層の全質量中に2質量%の量で、C層ではチバスペシャルティケミカルズ社製「UVITEX OB」を、D層では日化株式会社製「ニッカフローSC200」の蛍光性物質を使用した。それぞれの塗膜層の違い(架橋剤および蛍光性物質の種類)を、表1にまとめた。
Claims (2)
- 樹脂材料をマトリックスとする高反射塗膜を備える高反射塗装金属板であって、前記高反射塗膜は、ポリエステル樹脂およびイソシアネート架橋剤から形成された架橋構造を有するウレタン樹脂をマトリックスとし、メラミン、メラミン誘導体および体質顔料のいずれも含まず、二酸化チタンと蛍光性物質とを含むことを特徴とする高反射塗装金属板。
- 前記高反射塗膜の総塗膜厚が70〜200μmである液晶反射板用の請求項1に記載の高反射塗装金属板。
