Claims (28)
- 概ね平らな基体(62,64)の上側に基端が連結されたステム(66,72)の先端に成形頭部を形成する方法であって、
弾性シート(86)の上に基体(62,64)を配置するステップと、
加熱されたコイニング面(82)によってステム(66,72)の先端を加熱および加圧し、ステム(66,72)の先端部を軟化させてステム(66,72)の先端に成形頭部(88)を形成するステップと
を具えたことを特徴とする方法。 - ステム(66,72)の先端を加圧および加熱する前に、形成シート(90)を加熱されたコイニング面(82)とステム(66,72)の先端との間に配することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱されたコイニング面(82)は、ステム(66,72)の先端にあてがわれる際に165℃から180℃の間の温度であることを特徴とする請求項2の方法。
- 加熱されたコイニング面(82)が0.9から5秒の間、形成シート(90)にあてがわれることを特徴とする請求項3の方法。
- 基体を冷却することが可能であって、形成シート(90)がステムの先端から取り除かれることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 加熱されたコイニング面(82)が0.5から5秒の間、形成シート(90)にあてがわれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 直立するステムアレイを持ったフック板(62,68)にフックを製造する方法であって、
フック板(62,68)の下に弾性層(86)を配するステップと、
直立するステムアレイの先端に対して加熱されたコイニング面(82)をあてがい、直立するステム(66,72)に拡大頭部(88)を画成するステップと
を具えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 弾性層(86)は加工品と同じ材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 弾性層(86)がシリコーン発泡体であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 直立するステムアレイを持ったフック板(68)にフックを製造する方法であって、フック板(68)は第1の厚みの第1の領域とこの第1の厚みよりも薄い第2の厚みの第2の領域とを有し、
第1の領域の下に第3の厚みの第1弾性部材(98または100)を配するステップと、
第2の領域の下に第4の厚みの第2弾性部材(100または98)を配するステップと、
加熱されたコイニング面(82)を直立するステムアレイの先端にあてがい、直立するステム(66,72)に拡大頭部を作るステップと
を具えたことを特徴とする方法。 - 第3の厚みと第4の厚みとが同じであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1弾性部材および第2弾性部材(98,100)がシリコーン発泡体から作られていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 第4の厚みが第3の厚みよりも厚いことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 第1弾性部材がフック板の一部であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 第2弾性部材がフック板の一部であることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 第1弾性部材(98または100)と第2の弾性部材(100または98)とが連結されていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記基体を配置するステップの前に、この基体を射出成形するステップをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 弾性シート(86)がフック板の一部分であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 形成シートが次の材料、すなわち鋼,アルミニウム,紙,繊維強化テフロンおよびテフロンの1つから製造されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。

- コイニング面(82)がほぼ平坦であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項10に記載の方法。

第1の領域にあるほぼ一定の断面および約1から8mmの範囲の第1の厚みと、
フック板の主たる上面から概ね交差するように延在し、単一射出成形ステップにて当該フック板と一体に成形されるステムアレイと
を具え、ステムは約1.5mm以下の高さと約0.3mmから0.9mmの間の直径とを有し、
ステムは前記上面に対して1cm 2 当たり16から357本(1平方インチ当たり100から2300本)の間の密度を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 前記上面は少なくとも156cm 2 (25平方インチ)の領域を有することを特徴とする請求項25または請求項26に記載の方法。
- コイニング面および基体がほぼ平坦な関係にあって、ほぼ均一な形状の頭部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
