Claims (2)
- 所望の曲面形状に成形され、軽量でかつ保形性を有する発泡樹脂基材(21)と、この発泡樹脂基材(21)の裏面に一体化される樹脂リブ(22)とから構成され、上記発泡樹脂基材(21)は、加熱軟化処理された発泡樹脂シート(S)が成形上下型(41,42)内で絞り成形されるとともに、成形下型(42)の溝部(424)内に溶融樹脂(M1)を射出充填することにより、発泡樹脂基材(21)の裏面に樹脂リブ(22)を一体化してなる積層構造体(20)を全体、あるいは一部に採用してなる自動車用内装部品(10)において、
前記積層構造体(20)の意匠面凸部(20a)対応箇所には、R部対応樹脂リブ(22a)が形成され、R部対応樹脂リブ(22a)以外の樹脂リブ(22)のリブ幅(a1)、リブ深さ(b1)に比べ、上記R部対応樹脂リブ(22a)のリブ幅(a2)を狭く、リブ深さ(b2)を浅く設定することで、発泡樹脂シート(S)の絞り成形時において溝部(424)内への落ち込みを回避したことを特徴とする自動車用内装部品。 - 前記積層構造体(20)の意匠面凸部(20a)対応箇所に設けられるR部対応樹脂リブ(22a)のリブ幅(a2)が2.0〜2.5mmで、リブ深さ(b2)が3〜5mmの範囲内に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車用内装部品。
