デュポン社により製造された、式(RfCH2CH2O)xPO(ONH4)y(式中、Rf=F(CF2CF2)z、x=1又は2、y=2又は1、z=1〜約7、x+y=3)の界面活性剤を含むD−Zoynl(登録商標)FSE。
Claims (13)
- 液体トナーと接触する、少なくとも1つの金属部品を有する液体トナー画像形成システムにおいて、前記部品は、0.1〜2マイクロメートルの厚さの被覆を有し、前記被覆は、組成(RfCH 2 CH 2 O) x P(O)(OH) y (式中、Rf=F(CF 2 F 2 ) z 、x=1又は2、y=2又は1、x+y=3、z=1〜7)および/もしくは組成(RfCH 2 CH 2 SCH 2 CH 2 CO 2 Li)(式中、Rf=F(CF 2 F 2 ) x 、x=1〜9)および/もしくは組成(RfCH 2 CH 2 O) x PO(ONH 4 ) y (式中、Rf=F(CF 2 F 2 ) z 、x=1又は2、y=2又は1、x+y=3、z=1〜約7)を持つアニオン性フッ素系界面活性剤を含む液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記被覆は、50重量%を越える前記界面活性剤を含む請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記被覆は、80重量%を越える前記界面活性剤を含む請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記被覆は、90重量%を越える前記界面活性剤を含む請求項3に記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記被覆は、95重量%を越える前記界面活性剤を含む請求項4に記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記被覆は、99重量%を越える前記界面活性剤を含む請求項5に記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記金属はアルミニウムである請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記被覆の厚さは約0.3マイクロメートルを越える請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記被覆の厚さは約0.5マイクロメートルを越える請求項8に記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記厚さは、約1マイクロメートル未満である請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記金属部品は、液体トナーと連続接触していない少なくとも1つの面を含む請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 前記金属部品は、その表面にトナー粒子を被着する傾向を有する電場にさらされない液体トナーと接触する少なくとも1つの面を有する請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
- 液体トナーと接触する金属部品のどの被覆面も、その表面にトナー粒子を被着する傾向を有する電場にさらされない請求項12に記載の液体トナー画像形成システム。
