Description
Claims (16)
- プラスチック物品を圧縮成形するための装置であって、
回転可能なタレットと、
前記タレットの外周部に取り付けられた複数の直線状の軸受と、
前記直線状の軸受によって前記タレットの回転方向と交わる方向に直線状の往復運動が可能に取り付けられた第1のアクチュエータ及び第2のアクチュエータと、
前記タレットの外周近傍の固定部に設けられたカム装置とを有し、
前記第1のアクチュエータはコアを備える雄金型部分を備えるとともに、前記カム装置と協働して直線移動のための駆動力を生じさせるカムフォロアを含むものであり、
前記第2のアクチュエータは、前記第1のアクチュエータとペアを組むアクチュエータであって、前記プラスチック物品が形成される型穴の一部を画定する雌金型部分を備え、前記前記第1のアクチュエータの雄金型部分のコアが前記雌金型部分内で少なくとも部分的に受けられるように構成されているとともに、前記カム装置と協働して直線移動のための駆動力を生じさせるカムフォロアを備えているものであり、
前記各直線状の軸受は、前記タレットの外周部に該タレットの円周方向に互いに離隔されて取り付けられたレールと、前記レール上で滑動自在とされているブロックであって前記アクチュエータに固定されたブロックとを備えるものであり、
前記タレットを回転することにより、に前記カム装置と前記カムフォロアとを協働させて前記第1のアクチュエータ及び第2のアクチュエータを駆動し、互いに近づけ又は遠ざけるように直線移動させることで、適切な位置合わせを行いつつ前記雄金型部分のコアを前記雌金型部分の型穴に嵌めてプラスチック物品を圧縮成形することを特徴とするプラスチック物品を圧縮成形するための装置。 - 前記ブロックによって担持された複数のボールをまた備え、前記レールが、複数のボールを部分的に受ける軌道を備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ボールが、前記ボールの少なくともいくつかが前記レールと常に接触するように、前記ブロックによって担持される請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記レールが、それぞれが軌道を有する2つの対向する側面を備え、前記ボールが、複数のボールが前記軌道の前記2つの対向する側面のそれぞれと係合するように、前記ブロックによって担持される請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ボールが、前記レールの前記2つの対向する側面のそれぞれが複数のボールと常に接触するように、前記ブロックによって担持される請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2のアクチュエータの両方が、前記タレットに対して移動し、かつ、少なくとも1つの直線状の軸受が、前記ベースと前記第1および第2のアクチュエータのそれぞれの間に配置されている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの直線状の軸受が前記タレットと前記第1のアクチュエータの間に配置され、かつ、少なくとも1つの直線状の軸受が前記ベースと前記第2のアクチュエータの間に配置されている請求項6に記載の装置。
- 2つのレールが、前記第1のアクチュエータの領域内の前記タレットに取り付けられ、少なくとも2つのブロックが、前記レールに沿って直線状の往復運動をするために前記第1のアクチュエータによって担持され、少なくとも1つのブロックが各レールに付随している請求項1に記載の装置。
- 2つのブロックが、前記レールの一方に沿って直線状の往復運動をするために前記第1のアクチュエータによって担持され、かつ、1つのブロックが、前記レールの他方に沿って直線状の往復運動をするために前記第1のアクチュエータによって担持されている請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのブロックが担持されたレールが、前記他方のレールよりも軸方向に長い請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのレールが、前記第2のアクチュエータの領域内の前記ベースに取り付けられ、少なくとも2つのブロックが、前記レールに沿って直線状の往復運動をするために前記第2のアクチュエータによって担持され、少なくとも1つのブロックが各レールに付随している請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記2つのブロックが、前記レールの一方に沿って直線状の往復運動をするために前記第2のアクチュエータによって担持され、かつ、1つのブロックが、前記レールの他方に沿って直線状の往復運動をするために前記第2のアクチュエータによって担持されている請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のアクチュエータは、前記雄金型部分、およびこの雄金型部分の少なくとも一部分と隣接して配置された少なくとも2つの部分で形成された第1の雌金型部分を備えたものであり、
前記第2のアクチュエータは、第2の雌金型部分を備え、前記雄金型部分が、前記第1の雌金型部分、前記雄金型部分、および前記第2の雌金型部分によって前記プラスチック物品がその中で成形される型穴を画定するように、前記第2の雌金型部分の中で少なくとも部分的に受けられるように構成されたものであり、
前記少なくとも2つの部分を互いに近づくように閉鎖位置へ、および互いに遠ざかるように開放位置へ駆動するために、前記第1の雌金型部分に付随する第1のカム組立体と、
前記少なくとも2つの部分を前記第1の方向とは異なる第2の方向へ往復運動させるために、前記第1の雌金型部分に付随し、前記第1のカム組立体と独立に動作することが可能である第2のカム組立体とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記第1のアクチュエータを前記第2のアクチュエータに近づくようにおよびそれから遠ざかるように駆動する前記第1のアクチュエータに付随する第3のカム組立体をまた備え、前記第1のカム組立体および前記第2のカム組立体が、前記第3のカム組立体と独立に動作することが可能である請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のアクチュエータを前記第1のアクチュエータに近づくようにおよびそれから遠ざかるように駆動する前記第2のアクチュエータに付随する第4のカム組立体をまた備え、前記第1のカム組立体および前記第2のカム組立体が、前記第4のカム組立体と独立に動作することが可能である請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の雌金型部分が、前記雄金型部分の一部を包囲する2つのスレッドスプリット半体を備え、前記スレッドスプリットがその閉鎖位置にあるとき前記スレッドスプリット半体と前記雄金型部分の間に環状のチャンバを画定し、前記スレッドスプリットが、前記第1のカム組立体によってその開放位置に向かって駆動されるとき互いに半径方向に容易に離隔される請求項13に記載の装置。
