Claims (5)
- 硬質材で成形され、管材が保持される保持部と、
前記保持部に設けられ、弾性変形して前記管材が挿入可能な前記硬質材からなる挿入部と、
前記保持部の管材保持面に設けられ、前記管材の外周面が当接する軟質材の減衰部と、
前記減衰部の前記挿入部側に設けられ、前記管材の挿入方向に対して略直角方向に延出し、管材を挿入するとき前記減衰部側へ撓み、前記挿入部の開口部の幅寸法を小さくすることはなく、管材を取出すとき前記硬質材からなる挿入部の表面を覆って、前記挿入部の開口部の幅寸法を小さくし、管材の挿入方向よりも取出し方向の抵抗を大きくする舌片と、
を有することを特徴とするクランプ。 - 前記減衰部が前記保持部の管材保持面へ一体に成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクランプ。
- 前記保持部と前記減衰部とが、2色成形により一体に成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のクランプ。
- 前記保持部の前記管材保持面から前記管材の軸方向に対して略直交する方向に延出して前記減衰部の前記保持部からの抜けを防止する抜け止め部を形成し、前記抜け止め部と前記挿入部との間に隙間を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のクランプ。
- 前記舌片が、前記減衰部と一体に設けられ、前記管材の取出し方向側から前記挿入部の開口部内へ延出していることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のクランプ。
