Claims (5)
- ステータのティース面とロータのマグネット面とが上記ロータの出力軸の軸線方向に沿って所定の空隙をもって対向配置されているアキシャルギャップ型電動機において、
上記ロータは、上記ステータに対して同軸的に配置されるロータバックヨークと、上記ステータのティース面に対向するように上記ロータバックヨークに取り付けられるモールド成型可能な磁石材からなるロータマグネットとを有し、
上記ロータマグネットは、各磁極毎に分割された複数個のマグネットメンバーからなり、上記各マグネットメンバーが上記回転軸線を中心に環状に配置されており、
上記ロータバックヨークには、上記各磁極毎に貫通孔が2カ所以上設けられており、
上記各マグネットメンバーには、上記貫通孔を介して上記ロータバックヨークの背面側に配置されるアンカーマグネットが一体に形成されていることを特徴とするアキシャルギャップ型電動機。 - 上記アンカーマグネットは上記各貫通孔を覆うように1つのパターンとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアキシャルギャップ型電動機。
- 上記ステータは各ティース毎に分割された複数個のコアメンバーからなり、上記各コアメンバーが上記回転軸線を中心に環状に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアキシャルギャップ型電動機。
- 上記ロータマグネットはスラスト方向に着磁されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアキシャルギャップ型電動機。
- 上記ロータマグネットの厚さは磁極毎に回転方向の両端が薄く、中心が円周方向の両端よりも厚く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアキシャルギャップ型電動機。
