Description
圧伸成形部品の底側の最終形状を備えた雌型と、圧伸成形部品の上側の最終形状を備えた当て板との間に部品を配置し、充分に平面であるよう維持されなければならない部品の領域で皺を形成するのを防止するように、プロセスの最初から最後まで当て板に圧力を掛けるステップと、
前進速度で圧伸成形しなければならない部品の領域に雄型を当てて、上記領域が雌型の形状に適応して変形されるように、合成物の繊維の滑落中に樹脂が流れるのを可能にするステップとを含む。当て板は、部品の圧伸成形点火孔を備えた領域に対しては作用しない。
部品5が当て板19と雌型11との間で封入され、圧縮されて皺の形成を防止するように、圧力P1を当て板19に掛けるステップと、
高粘性樹脂で予備含浸された材料を使用する場合には、適切な温度を達成するまで熱を加えて樹脂の粘度を下げて、繊維が相互の間で滑落するのをし易くするステップと、
最後に雌型での完全な対応を達成して圧伸成形点火孔1を形成するまで、部品の領域3の幾何学的形状が変化するにつれて、部品5の内部の繊維が滑落するのを可能にするような速度で雄型7が部品5の上で移動するように、圧力P2を雄型17に掛けるステップと、
部品5を加熱してしまっており、それに続く取り扱いが必要な場合には、部品5を室温まで冷却して、部品5をその最初の堅さに戻すステップとによって実施される。
Claims (4)
- 予備含浸合成物から作られた部品(5)の平面領域又は準平面領域に、圧伸成形点火孔(1)を形成するプロセスであって、以下の、
a)圧伸成形しなければならない、当て板(19)によって覆われない領域(3)を除いて、圧伸成形部品の底側の最終形状を備えた雌型(11)と、圧伸成形部品の上側の最終形状を備えた前記当て板(19)との間に前記部品(5)を配置し、実質的に平面であるよう維持されなければならない部品(5)の領域で皺を形成するのを防止するように、前記プロセスの最初から最後まで前記当て板(19)に圧力を掛けるステップと、
b)前進速度で圧伸成形しなければならない前記部品(5)の前記領域(3)に雄型(17)を当てて、合成物の繊維の滑落中に樹脂が流れるのを可能にして、前記部品(3)を前記雌型(11)の形状に適応させて変形することができるようにするステップとを含むことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 前記部品(5)と接触する前記雄型(17)の部分は、前記圧伸成形点火孔(1)の最終形状を備えて構成され、前記プロセス中に変形しないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記部品(5)と接触する前記雄型(17)の部分は変形可能であって、前記雌型(11)の形状に適応するように圧伸成形しなければならない前記部品(5)の領域(3)に対してそれが圧力を均等に及ぼすことができるようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記部品(5)に熱を加えて樹脂の温度を達成して、材料の繊維の滑落をし易くするステップと、任意選択で前記部品(5)を最後に冷却するステップとをも含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
