Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在预浸渍复合部件的平面区域中制造陷型轻空穴(轻孔)的方法,尤其在通过自动码纸机制造的部件中。
背景技术
为了实现以最小的成本增加刚性而不增加重量,在结构部件中应用陷型轻空穴是普遍的。
用于在金属片材上制造陷型轻空穴的方法在工业上是普遍的,并且通过其可塑性形变实现期望的片材变形。
在复合部件是由刚性的连续纤维形成的情况下,然而允许适合到期望的陷型轻空穴形状的机构是建立在纤维相对滑动的基础上的。
在复合物制成的部件中,用于制造陷型轻空穴的传统方法包括手工层压每一层,使得其符合陷型轻空穴的几何形状。这种方法是昂贵的,因为它完全手工和需要使用能够符合复杂的陷型轻空穴的几何形状而不变形的材料。最适合的材料类型是纤维,与带状物相比,其较昂贵和具有差的结构性能。
发明内容
本发明提出一种新的用于在预浸渍复合物的层压部件的平面或准平面区域中实现陷型轻空穴(lighting hole)的方法,特别可应用到用预浸渍带状物制成的部件,其层压利用自动码纸机(laying machine)来执行。
这种类型的部件特别使用在航空工业中。
该方法包括以下步骤:
--将部件设置在具有陷型部件的底侧的最终形状的阴模具和具有陷型部件的顶侧的最终形状的覆盖板(caul plate)之间,和在整个处理中在覆盖板上施加压力,从而防止在必须要保持足够平面的部件的区域上形成皱纹。覆盖板将不作用在部件具有陷型轻空穴(轻孔)的区域上。
--以一前进速度将阳模具应用在部件必须被型锻的区域上,允许在复合物的纤维的滑动期间树脂的流动,以便所述区域可适合于阴模具的形状而变形。
该方法可以另外地包括以下步骤:在执行该方法时施加热量到部件以在树脂中实现促进材料的纤维的滑动的温度,并且如果在制造陷型轻空穴(轻孔)后立即需要处理,还包括最终冷却步骤。

具体实施方式
以下描述根据本发明的用于实施陷型轻空穴1的方法的一个实施例,如图2和3的情况所示,陷型轻空穴(轻孔)1包括,以S形轮廓围绕开口7的部件5的凹陷区域3。本领域技术人员明白陷型轻空穴可以有另外的形状。
陷型轻空穴3在部件5的平面或准平面区域中形成,但是后者可以有如图3中的部件5一样的非平面形状,其对应于具有C形截面的肋状物,其中凸缘6在制造根据本发明的陷型之前被形成。
部件5被覆盖有薄塑料膜(未示出)以防止其粘附到陷型轻空穴处理的工具上,并且部件5适当地置于中心地被放置在阴模具11上,阴模具11的顶侧在陷型处理(扣压成型)期间复制必然给予部件的形状,尤其包括具有用于陷型轻空穴(轻孔)1的期望形状的腔13。
阳模具17和覆盖板19放置在部件5上。覆盖板19必须覆盖受到陷型处理在复合物的纤维上引起的动作影响的整个区域,除了正好在陷型轻空穴区域内。部件5因此在阴模具11和覆盖板19之间被包围,除了区域3以外。
阳模具17负责使得部件5形成阴模具11的形状,特别是使得区域3形成腔13的形状。阳模具17必须一开始被提升到部件5上方,这通过弹簧15将其支承在阴模具11上而实现。
阳模具17在其作用到部件5上的一侧可以具有陷型轻空穴1的最终形状,或如图4和5所示,利用部件21接触由可变形材料制成的部件5,以便其在陷型轻空穴开始的区域23与部件开始接触,并且逐渐变形,直到在靠着阴模具11的腔13的部件5的区域3上均匀施加压力。
在前述完成后,以以下步骤执行陷型轻空穴处理:
--在覆盖板19上施加压力P1以使部件5在覆盖板19和阴模具11之间被包裹和压缩,防止皱纹的形成。
--在使用以高粘性树脂预浸渍的材料的情况下,施加热量直到达到减少树脂粘度的合适温度为止,促进纤维相互之间的滑动。
--在阳模具17上施加压力P2以使其在部件5上以一定速率移动,从而它允许部件内部的纤维的滑动随它的区域3的几何形状发展直到实现在形成陷型轻空穴1的阴模具上的完全配合。
--在已对部件5进行加热和随后处理必须的情况下,将其冷却到室温以便将其恢复到初始稠度。

Claims (4)
1.一种用于在预浸渍复合物制成的部件(5)的平面或准平面区域中形成陷型轻空穴(1)的方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
a)除了必须被型锻的部件(5)的区域(3)之外,将部件(5)布置在具有陷型部件的底侧的最终形状的阴模具(11)和具有陷型部件的顶侧的最终形状的覆盖板(19)之间,区域(3)不被覆盖板(19)覆盖;并且在整个处理中在覆盖板(19)上施加压力以防止在部件(5)的必须保持大致平面的区域上形成折皱;
b)在部件(5)的必须型锻的区域(3)上以前进速度应用阳模具(17),允许在材料的纤维的滑动期间树脂的流动,以便所述部件(3)适合于阴模具(11)的形状变形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,与部件(5)接触的阳模具(17)的部分配置有陷型轻空穴(1)的最终形状并且在处理期间不变形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,与部件(5)接触的阳模具(17)的部分是可变形的,以便其能够在部件(5)的必须被型锻的区域(3)上均匀地施加压力以使所述部分适应于阴模具(11)的形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,它还包括以下步骤:应用热量到部件(5)以在树脂中实现有利于材料的纤维的滑动的温度,并且所述方法可选择包括部件(5)的最终冷却步骤。
