Claims (14)
- 回転軸の押込力に対抗する方向に回転子ケースを支持し、弾性を有する板状の第1支持部材と、
前記第1支持部材により前記回転子ケースに生成される反力に対抗する方向に前記回転子ケースを支持するための第2支持部材と、
を含むことを特徴とする回転子組立用ジグ。 - 前記第2支持部材は弾性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記第1支持部材は、前記回転子ケースに取り付けられた記録媒体の滑り防止用ゴムリングと同一の材質および厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記第1支持部材は、前記回転子ケースのゴムリング非付着面の全体を支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記第2支持部材は、前記第1支持部材に対応する位置で前記回転子ケースを支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 回転軸の押込力に対抗する方向に回転子ケースの下側で前記回転子ケースを接触支持し、弾性を有する板状の支持板と、
前記支持板により前記回転子ケースに生成される反力に対抗する方向に前記回転子ケースを支持するための案内ジグと、
前記回転子ケース側に前記案内ジグを弾力的に押圧するためのスプリングと、
を含むことを特徴とする回転子組立用ジグ。 - 前記支持板は、前記回転子ケースに取り付けられる記録媒体の滑り防止用ゴムリングと同一の材質および厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記支持板は、前記回転子ケースのゴムリング非付着面の全体を支持することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記案内ジグは、前記支持板に対応する位置で前記回転子ケースを支持することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記案内ジグは、前記回転軸を前記回転子ケースに案内するための貫通孔を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記回転軸に前記押込力を印加するための上部ジグをさらに含み、前記上部ジグは、少なくとも一部が前記貫通孔に挿入されて前記回転軸を押圧する押圧突起を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記上部ジグは、前記スプリングの一端を支持することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記押込力に対抗する方向に前記支持板を支持するための下部ジグをさらに含み、前記下部ジグは、前記案内ジグおよび前記回転子ケースを収容する収容空間部を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
- 前記収容空間部は、前記支持板が取り付けられる底面を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の回転子組立用ジグ。
