Claims (10)
- スラブが1次成形によって製造される第1の領域(2)と、スラブを圧延するための少なくとも1つの第1の圧延装置(4)が配設されている、材料の流れ方向(F)で第1の領域(2)の後に接続された第2の領域(3)と、スラブもしくはスラブから製造される中間製品を圧延するための少なくとも1つの第2の圧延装置(6)が配設されている、材料の流れ方向(F)で第2の領域(3)の後に接続された第3の領域(5)と、圧延された材料用の少なくとも1つの後処理装置(8)が配設されている、材料の流れ方向(F)で第3の領域(5)の後に接続された第4の領域(7)とを備える、圧延により金属製品(1)を製造するための装置において、
第3の領域(5)で金属製品(1)の圧延プロセスをしている間に第2及び第4の領域(3,7)で別の金属製品(1)の処理もしくは加工をするために、金属製品(1)を、第2の領域(3)と第3の領域(5)間で取り出し、搬送し、第3の領域(5)と第4の領域(7)間で加工プロセスに再び供給することができる移送装置(9)が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 第2の圧延装置(6)が、少なくとも1つのロールスタンド(10)を備えるステッケル圧延装置であり、金属製品(1)の流れ方向(F)でロールスタンドの前に第1の炉(11)が配置され、ロールスタンドの後に第2の炉(12)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 後処理装置(8)が、圧延された製品(1)用の冷却装置(13)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 移送装置(9)が、第2の圧延装置(6)に対して平行に配設されているローラテーブル(14)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 移送装置(9)が、金属製品(1)を材料の流れ方向(F)に対して横に移送することができる少なくとも1つの手段(15,16)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 第1の領域(2)が連続鋳造設備(17)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- 第1の領域(2)又は第2の領域(3)にスラブ支承装置(18)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
- スラブ支承装置(18)と第1の圧延装置(4)間に少なくとも1つの加熱炉(19)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの加熱炉(19)と第1の圧延装置(4)間にスケール除去装置(20)が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 金属製品(1)の流れ方向(F)で第2の炉(12)の後にシャー(21)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜9のいずれか1つに記載の装置。
