Abstract
DISPOSITIVO PARA FABRICAçãO DE PRODUTO METáLICO MEDIANTE LAMINAçãO A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para fabricação de produto metálico (1) mediante laminação, que apresenta: uma primeira região (2), em que são fabricados lingotes mediante moldagem primária, uma segunda região (3), pós-conectada à primeira região (2) na direção de fluxo (F) do material, em que está disposto ao menos um primeiro dispositivo de laminação (4) para laminação dos lingotes, uma terceira região (5), pós- conectada à segunda região (3) na direção de fluxo (E) do material, em que está disposto ao menos um segundo dispositivo de laminação (6) para laminação dos lingotes ou do produto intermediário deles fabricado, e uma quarta região (7), pós-conectada à terceira região (5) na direção de fluxo (E) do material, em que está disposta ao menos uma instalação de acabamento (8) para o material laminado. Para aumentar a eficiência económica do dispositivo, o dispositivo é caracterizado por um dispositivo transportador (9), com o qual o produto metálico (1) entre a segunda região (3) e a terceira região (5) do dispositivo pode ser retirado, transportado e entre a terceira região (5) e a quarta região (7) do dispositivo novamente aduzido ao processo de usinagem.
