Claims (4)
- 成形面を有する金型ベースを備えている金型であって、該ベースの成形面には、CVD法によって形成されたカーボンナノチューブからなるカーボンナノチューブ膜が堆積されていることを特徴とするセラミックス金型。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ膜の厚さは、20nm以上200nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックス金型。
- 前記金型は、ランニングサイクルが104以上106以下であり、且つ104ニュートンの圧力及び700℃の温度に耐えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックス金型。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブ膜は単層カーボンナノチューブ、多層カーボンナノチューブ、アレイ式カーボンナノチューブ或はその他の形式のカーボンナノチューブのうちの一つからなるものであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかの一項に記載のセラミックス金型。
