Description
そこでこの発明は、複数の締結具の締め付け力を均等に保った上で燃料電池の組み立て工数を削減できる燃料電池用締め付け工具を提供する。
このとき、各締結具の仮組み時の状態にばらつきがあっても、締結具の締め込みに必要なトルクが所定値に達した場合、換言すれば締結具の締め付け力が所定値に達した場合には、クラッチ機構がソケット部材に対して回転子を空転させるので、結果的に全ての回転子が空転するまでトルクを入力することのみで、各締結具の仮組み状態のばらつきを吸収した上でこれらを同時かつ均等に締め込むことが可能となる。
図1において符号10で示す燃料電池用締め付け工具(以下、単に締め付け装置ということがある。)は、燃料電池1の組み立て時において、積層された多数の単位電池2をその積層方向に沿う複数の締結具5を用いて同時に締め付けるべく構成されたものである。
これにより、燃料電池1の組み立て時に積層された単位電池2を別途プレス機等を用いて締め付けるといった作業を要することなく、各締結具5の締め付け力を均等に保って単位電池2にムラなく面圧を加えることができ、燃料電池1の組み立て工数を削減できるという効果がある。
これにより、上述の作用効果と併せて燃料電池1の組み立て工数を大幅に削減できるという効果がある。
そして、上記実施例における構成は一例であり、発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の変更が可能であることはいうまでもない。

Claims (1)
- 積層された多数の単位電池を複数の締結具を用いて同時に締め付けるための燃料電池用締め付け工具であって、
前記各締結具に対応して設けられてこれにトルク伝達可能に係合するソケット部材と、トルク入力手段からのトルクを振り分けてこれを前記各ソケット部材に対応して設けられた回転子に伝達するトルク伝達機構と、前記各ソケット部材と回転子との間にそれぞれ設けられるクラッチ機構とを備え、
前記クラッチ機構が、前記締結具の締め込みに必要なトルクが所定値以下の場合には前記回転子と共にソケット部材を回転させる一方、前記トルクが所定値よりも大きい場合には前記ソケット部材に対して回転子を空転させるものであることを特徴とする燃料電池用締め付け工具。
