Claims (1)
- 走査ユニット(20)に回転自在に支承された軸(31)と二つの構成部材(9.1,9.2,10,20)の軸方向弾性並びに半径方向弾性で、回転しない結合する継手(100)とを備える角度測定装置において、
この継手(100)は一部材で形成された薄板から成り、
・ベ−ス(102)と、
・ベ−ス(102)に形成された複数の継目板(103,104,105,106)と、
・継目板(104,106)の少なくとも一個の継目板が二つの構成部材(9.1,10)の一方に頑強に固定でき、継目板(103,106)の一個の少なくとも他の継目板が二つの構成部材(9.2,20)の他方に頑強に固定できること、
・各継目板(103から106まで)が三個の周辺方向に互いに間隔を置いた支点(103.1から106.3まで)を有し、両構成部材(9.1,9.2,10,20)に継目板(103から106まで)をしっかりと固定する支点が孔(103.1,104.1,105.1,106.1)であること、
・支点(103.1,104.1,105.1,106.1)のそれぞれ一個が周辺方向において両他支点(103.2,103.3,104.2,104.3,105.2,105.3,106.2,106.3)間の中心に位置すること、
・中心支点(103.1,104.1,105.1,106.1)は両構成部材(9.1,9.2,10,20)の一方に頑強に固定でき且つ両他支点(103.2,103.3,104.2,104.3,105.2,105.3,106.2,106.3)が継目板(103,104,105,106)のベ−ス(102)に対する結合部を形成することを備えて、
・すべての継目板(103から106まで)のすべての支点(103.1から106.3まで)が一つの共通平面において位置し、
走査装置(20)がこの継手(100)によってステータ(10)に回転しないけれども、軸方向弾性と半径方向弾性に連結でき、
・ベ−スが軸方向弾性に形成され、継目板(103から106まで)が半径方向弾性に形成されていることを特徴とする角度測定装置。
