Claims (4)
- 生の食材を食するに適した態様に加工する前処理工程と、前処理した食材の内部まで加熱せず表面に焼目を施す焼目付け工程と、焼目を付けた食材を冷凍する冷凍工程と、冷凍された食材を、所定の大きさの密閉容器で、容器内の水蒸気雰囲気を一定に維持するような機能を有する加熱容器に入れて電子レンジで加熱する解凍・調理工程とからなることを特徴とする冷凍食品の調理方法。
- 焼目は、バーナーなどにより輻射的に、または、加熱鉄板等により直接的に食材に形成するものである請求項1記載の冷凍食品の調理方法。
- 加熱容器は、所定の深さの容器とこれに密閉嵌合する蓋体とからなり、蓋体に圧力調節部を設けたものである請求項1または請求項2記載の冷凍食品の調理方法。
- 生の食材を食するに適した態様に加工すると共に、内部まで加熱せず表面に焼目を施した後冷凍した食材と、この食材を収容し、電子レンジでの加熱時に容器内の水蒸気雰囲気を一定に維持するような機能を有する加熱容器とからなることを特徴とする冷凍食品。
