Description
なお、厚み精度は、成形品の溝頂部10箇所についての厚みを測定し、下記式により求めた。
厚み精度(μm)=(最大厚み(μm)-最小厚み(μm))/2
また、導電性は、成形品の平滑部分から5cm×5cmの試験片を切り出し、これをカーボンシートを介して、金めっきを施した電極で挟み、40MPaの圧力を加えて電気抵抗を測定し、下記式により体積固有抵抗率を算出し、評価した。
体積固有抵抗率(mΩ・cm)=抵抗(mΩ)×面積(cm2)/厚み(cm)
Claims (4)
- 平均粒径が10〜100μmの黒鉛粉末、熱硬化性樹脂および前記黒鉛粉末との平均粒径比が、0.05〜0.5の範囲内にある酸化ジルコニウムを含むことを特徴とする導電性成形材料。
- 前記黒鉛粉末を69〜95mass%、前記熱硬化性樹脂を4〜30mass%および前記酸化ジルコニウムを1〜15mass%含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性成形材料。
- 燃料電池用セパレータ材料であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の導電性成形材料。
- 請求項1または2に記載の導電性成形材料を用いて成形してなる燃料電池用セパレータ。
