Description
−低温ループは、循環ポンプを備えている。
−低温ループは、自動車のエンジンの高温ループの流入口と流出口との間に、バイパスループとして設けられている。
−装置用熱交換器は、中間冷却器である。
−装置用熱交換器は、自動車客室の空調回路の一部をなす凝縮器である。
−凝縮器は、冷却流体凝縮部と、冷却流体追加冷却部と、冷却流体を瀘過し、水分を除去するリザーバとを備え、冷却流体凝縮部は、熱交換器の第1の熱交換部からなり、冷却流体追加冷却部は、熱交換器の第2の熱交換部からなっている。
−冷却流体を濾過し、水分を除去するリザーバは、凝縮部と追加冷却部との間、または追加冷却部の下流側に設けられている。

Claims (9)
- 低温熱交換器(60)と、熱交換面を有する少なくとも1つの装置用熱交換器(102)とが設けられた熱交換流体の低温ループ(4)を備えた、自動車における一部の装置を冷却する装置において、
I:装置用熱交換器(102)の熱交換面は、少なくとも第1及び第2の熱交換部(104)(106)に分割され、第1の熱交換部(104)では、熱交換流体は第1の流量Q1で流れ、第2の熱交換部(106)は、熱交換流体の第2の流量Q2で流れ、第1の流量Q1を、第2の流量Q2よりも大としてあること、及び
II: 低温熱交換器(60)は、熱交換流体のための少なくとも1つの第1及び第2の流出ノズル(78)(132)(141)(143)を備え、第1の流出ノズルは、第1の熱交換部(104)に連結され、第2の流出ノズルは、第2の熱交換部(106)に連結され、第1の流出ノズルを介して低温熱交換器(60)から出る熱交換流体は、第2の流出ノズルを介して低温熱交換器(60)から出る熱交換流体よりも高温であることを特徴とする、自動車における一部の装置を冷却する冷却装置。 - 低温熱交換器(60)は、熱交換流体が連続して流れる複数の流路(86)(88)(90)を備え、第1の流出ノズルは、流路(86)(88)(90)を流れる熱交換流体に対して、第2の流出ノズルの上流側に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の冷却装置。
- 低温ループ(4)は、循環ポンプ(58)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の冷却装置。
- 低温ループ(4)を、自動車のエンジンの高温ループ(2)の流入口と流出口との間に、バイパスループとして設けてあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の冷却装置。
- 装置用熱交換器(102)は、中間冷却器であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の冷却装置。
- 装置用熱交換器(102)は、自動車の空調回路の冷却流体の冷却に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の冷却装置。
- 前記空調回路は、冷却流体凝縮部と、冷却流体追加冷却部と、冷却流体を瀘過し、水分を除去するリザーバ(154)とを備え、冷却流体凝縮部は、装置用熱交換器(102)の第1の熱交換部(104)からなり、冷却流体追加冷却部は、装置用熱交換器(102)の第2の熱交換部(106)からなっていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の冷却装置。
- リザーバ(154)を、第1の熱交換部(104)と第2の熱交換部(106)との間に設けてあることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の冷却装置。
- リザーバ(154)を、第2の熱交換部(106)の下流側に設けてあることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の冷却装置。
