Claims (1)
- 測距対象物からの外光による一対の画像が結像された一対の受光センサの出力信号に基づいて測距エリアごとに順次相関演算を実行し、各測距エリアの相関演算により得られた相関値のうち最大の相関度を示す極小値に基づいて測距対象物までの距離を演算するパッシブ測距方式の測距装置であって、
前記一対の受光センサの出力信号を積分処理して生成された一対のセンサデータがA/D変換されて入力されることで、入力されたセンサデータを相関演算用のセンサデータとして格納するセンサデータ格納手段を備え、
前記センサデータ格納手段は、1回目にA/D変換されて入力された相関演算用のセンサデータに低コントラストのデータが含まれている測距エリアについて、少なくとも更に1回、既に積分処理して生成された一対のセンサデータが再度A/D変換されて再入力されることで、再入力された相関演算用のセンサデータを1回目にA/D変換されて入力された相関演算用のセンサデータに加算処理して格納するように構成されていることを特徴とする測距装置。
