Description
2にはエナメル皮膜を表面に焼き付けしたアルミ線3を巻装した巻線コイル4を装着し、リアクタ全体をワニス含浸させる。巻線コイル4の材質をアルミ線3で構成するのは、銅線に較べ安価に構成できるので、近年リアクタ等の巻線に多用される。
本実施の形態については、インバータ制御の洗濯機等の高調波電流の抑制のため、または力率改善のために設置しているリアクタの、アルミ線を使った巻線コイルと電源入力用の銅線との電気接続手段について記載する。
が、クリンプハイト値約2.3mm以上になると徐々に接触抵抗が増大する。

Claims (2)
- 鉄製鉄心にアルミ線を巻きつけた巻線コイルと、略平面形状とした溶接部と前記溶接部の対面側に銅製の圧接部を有する銅製の電気端子と、電源投入用の銅線とを備え、前記圧接部に前記アルミ線のアルミ芯線を圧接し、前記電気端子の溶接部に銅線をスポット溶接した巻線コイルと銅線との洗濯機用電気接続手段であって、前記圧接部は第一圧接部と第二圧接部とに分かれ、前記第一圧接部と前記第二圧接部にアルミ芯線を圧接するときの圧接高さを変える構成とし、少なくとも前記第一および第二圧接部とアルミ芯線との接触部をシリコン樹脂で覆う構成とした巻線コイルと銅線との洗濯機用電気接続手段。
- 圧接部は、防水処理を高温を照射することにより収縮する熱収縮チューブで被覆した構成の請求項1記載の巻線コイルと銅線との洗濯機用電気接続手段。
