Abstract
【解決手段】鉄製鉄心16にアルミ線18を巻きつけた巻線コイル10と、略平面形状したスポット溶接部17cとスポット溶接部17cの対面側に圧接部25を有する銅製の電気端子17と、銅線21とを備え、電気端子17の圧接部25に巻線コイル10のアルミ線18を圧接し、電気端子17のスポット溶接部17cに銅線21をスポット溶接する構成としたもので、異材質間の電気接続手段を安価で信頼性を向上させることができる。

Description
本実施の形態については、インバータ制御の洗濯機等の高調波電流の抑制のため、または力率改善のために設置しているリアクタの、アルミ線を使った巻線コイルと電源入力用の銅線との電気接続手段について記載する。

Claims (4)
- 鉄製鉄心にアルミ線を巻きつけた巻線コイルと、略平面形状した溶接部と前記溶接部の対面側に圧接部を有する銅製の電気端子と、電源投入用の銅線とを備え、前記電気端子の圧接部に前記巻線コイルの前記アルミ線を圧接し、前記電気端子の溶接部に銅線をスポット溶接した巻線コイルと銅線との電気接続手段。
- 電気端子は、圧接部が第一圧接部と第二圧接部とに分かれ、前記第一圧接部と前記第二圧接部のアルミ線を圧接するときの圧接高さを変える構成とした請求項1に記載の巻線コイルと銅線との電気接続手段。
- 圧接部は、防水処理をシリコン樹脂の塗布で構成した請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の巻線コイルと銅線との電気接続手段。
- 圧接部は、防水処理を高温を照射することにより収縮する熱収縮チューブで被覆した構成の請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の巻線コイルと銅線との電気接続手段。
