Description
式集塵装置6で集塵すると、重金属含有量の多い低温集塵灰7が分離回収される。ろ過式集塵装置6としては、バグフィルタまたはセラミックフィルタを使用することが好ましい。これらは排ガス中のダスト分を完全に除去することができ、重金属含有量の多い焼却灰が更に後段に移行することを防止できるからである。

Claims (2)
- 下水汚泥を酸化雰囲気中で焼却する下水汚泥焼却炉の排ガスを、重金属が揮散する800℃以上の高温状態において高温用サイクロンに導き焼却灰を分離回収するとともに、5μm未満の焼却灰を排ガスとともに高温用サイクロンを通過させることにより、高温で排ガス中に揮散したAsとSeを含む重金属を降温過程において重金属固定用の薬剤を添加することなく5μm未満の焼却灰の表面に凝結させて再捕捉させ、この焼却灰を250℃以下の低温状態において集塵装置で分離回収し、AsとSeを含む重金属を回収することを特徴とする下水汚泥焼却炉の排ガス処理方法。
- 集塵装置として、バグフィルタまたはセラミックフィルタ等のろ過式集塵装置を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の下水汚泥焼却炉の排ガス処理方法。
