Description
Claims (16)
- ガス発生装置のガス用の分配要素と、少なくとも2つの層を備えてエアバッグに形成され、かつ前記ガス発生装置のガスが充填可能である、少なくとも1つの膨張可能なチャンバとを有し、前記ガスチャンバが、前記ガス発生装置用の少なくとも1つの収納装置を備え、かつ前記エアバッグに縫い付けられる前記分配要素の流出開口部と流体技術的に結合しているエアバッグ、特に頭部及び肩部領域用のエアバッグにおいて、
前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)が、基礎材料から切り抜かれて中空体に縫合され、前記チャンバ(3、4)のそれぞれの層を前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)の1つの層に結合する少なくとも2つの結合継目(31、32)を備えることを特徴とする、エアバッグ。 - 前記チャンバ(3、4)は、一体に織成して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエアバッグ。
- 閉鎖継目(20)は、前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)の2つの層を結合し、前記結合継目(31、32)は、前記閉鎖継目(20)から離間していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記複数のチャンバ(3、4)は、前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)に前記2つの結合継目(31、32)で縫い付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記チャンバ(3、4)は、互いに別個に前記2つの結合継目(31、32)で前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)に縫い付けられることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記チャンバ(3、4)の間に、結合織物(6)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)及び前記チャンバ(3、4)は、異なる物理的性質を有する材料、すなわち織成方法、糸、コーティングによって剛性及び温度安定性が異なる材料から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)は、複数部分で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)の部分は、異なる物理的性質を有する材料、すなわち織成方法、糸、コーティングによって剛性及び温度安定性が異なる材料から製造されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記結合継目(31、32)が、前記チャンバ(3、4)の全長にわたって延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記収納装置(5)の領域の前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)は、前記流出開口部(22)の領域よりも高い温度安定性及び/又は断裂強度の材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記流出開口部(22)を備える前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)の下方部分のみが、前記1つ以上チャンバ(3、4)によって覆われ、また前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)の上方領域が、前記チャンバ(3、4)から突出することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- 前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)に、前記エアバッグ(1)を車両の内部に固定するためのリンク(21)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のエアバッグ。
- ガス発生装置のガス用の分配要素と、ガス発生装置用の少なくとも1つの収納装置を備え、かつエアバッグに縫い付けられる分配要素の流出開口部と流体技術的に結合している少なくとも1つの膨張可能な多層のチャンバとを有するエアバッグ、特に頭部及び肩部領域用のエアバッグを製造するための方法において、
前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”)を1つの結合継目(31、32)を介して、前記チャンバ(3、4)のそれぞれ1つの層に縫い付け、前記分配要素(2、2’、2”、2’”) を閉鎖継目(20)で閉じ、中空体を形成することを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 前記結合継目(31、32)が、前記閉鎖継目(20)から離間して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の製造方法。
- 前記閉鎖継目(20)の形成後に、1つ以上のチャンバ(3、4)が周囲継目によって閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の製造方法。
