Claims (8)
- 先端が開口した筒状体が一体または別体に設けられているハウジングと、
上記ハウジング内に配され、かつ上記ハウジング内の奥部から上記筒状体の先端に向かう方向に前進して穿刺動作が可能な穿刺体と、
上記筒状体内に配された分析用部品と、
上記分析用部品に試料が導入されたか否かを判断する判断手段と、
上記筒状体内に負圧を発生させて減圧するための負圧発生手段と、
上記穿刺体の穿刺動作の制御と、上記負圧発生手段の制御と、上記穿刺体の穿刺動作後の一定時間内に上記分析用部品に試料が導入されていないと上記判断手段によって判断されたときに、上記筒状体内に発生していた負圧を解消させる制御と、を行なう制御手段と、を備えており、
上記制御手段は、上記筒状体内の圧力を大気圧より低い第1の圧力値となるまで減圧してこの減圧を停止し、この状態において上記穿刺体に穿刺動作をさせ、次いで、上記筒状体内に発生していた負圧を解消させる前の時期に、上記筒状体内の圧力を上記第1の圧力値よりもさらに低い第2の圧力値となるまで減圧するように、上記穿刺体の穿刺動作および上記負圧発生手段の制御を行なうことを特徴とする、穿刺装置。 - 上記分析用部品は、上記穿刺体が前進する第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向の力を受けたときにこの第2の方向への移動が可能とされている、請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記筒状体内を上記ハウジングの外部に連通させることが可能な開放弁を備えており、かつ、
上記制御手段が上記開放弁を開にすることにより上記筒状体内の負圧を解消可能な構成とされている、請求項1または2に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記制御手段は、上記筒状体内に発生していた負圧を解消させた後に、上記筒状体内に負圧を再発生させるように上記負圧発生手段を制御する構成とされている、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記穿刺体の穿刺動作は、上記制御手段の制御によって繰り返し実行可能に構成されており、かつ、
上記筒状体内に負圧を再発生させた後の一定時間内に上記分析用部品に試料が導入されていないと上記判断手段によって判断されたときには、上記穿刺体は上記制御手段の制御によって再度穿刺動作を行なうように構成されている、請求項4に記載の穿刺装置。 - 上記分析用部品に試料が導入されたときにこの試料を分析する分析手段と、この分析手段による分析結果を報知するための報知手段と、をさらに備えている、請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記制御手段は、上記穿刺体の穿刺動作後の一定期間内に上記分析手段による試料の分析処理が行なわれないときには、その旨を上記報知手段によって報知させる制御を行なうように構成されている、請求項6に記載の穿刺装置。
- 上記筒状体が上記穿刺体が前進する方向とは反対方向の押圧力を受けたときにその押圧力を検知する検知手段を備えており、かつこの検知手段によって検知された押圧力が所定値を超えたときには、その旨が上記報知手段によって報知されるように構成されている、請求項6に記載の穿刺装置。
