Claims (11)
- 第1の筒体(12)と、
前記第1の筒体(12)の内部に装着される第2の筒体(40)と、
前記第2の筒体(40)の内部に変位自在に装着される駆動機構と、
前記駆動機構の先端部に設けられた穿刺針を有する穿刺針ユニット(150)と、
前記第2の筒体(40)の先端部に設けられて、生体表面に押し当てられる当接部(170)と、
前記当接部(170)による前記生体表面に対する押圧力が所定の値以上に至った際に、前記穿刺針による前記生体表面の穿刺を動作可能状態とする穿刺制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項1記載の穿刺装置において、
前記穿刺制御部は、前記第1の筒体(12)に設けられた押圧ボタンと、前記第2の筒体(40)に設けられて前記押圧ボタンの変位を許容する孔部とを有し、前記押圧ボタンが前記第1の筒体(12)とともに前記第2の筒体(40)に沿って移動して前記孔部に至った際に、前記押圧ボタンが前記孔部の方向へ変位可能となることにより、前記生体表面に対する押圧力が所定の値に到達したことを確認せしめることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項1に記載の穿刺装置において、
前記穿刺装置は、前記第1の筒体(12)の内部に設けられて、前記第2の筒体(40)を先端部方向に付勢させる第1の付勢部(92)と、前記第2の筒体(40)の内部に設けられて、前記駆動機構を基端部方向に変位させる第2の付勢部(110)と、前記第2の筒体(40)の内部に設けられて、前記駆動機構を先端部方向に変位させる第3の付勢部(122)とを備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項1記載の穿刺装置において、
前記穿刺装置は前記駆動機構に設けられ、前記第3の付勢部の付勢力に抗して前記駆動機構を前記第2の筒体(40)に対し、係止、及びその係止の解除を行う係止機構を備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項4記載の穿刺装置において、
前記係止機構は、被押圧体を有し、
該被押圧体は、前記孔部を介して前記押圧ボタンと当接可能であり、
前記駆動機構は、前記押圧ボタンが前記被押圧体を押圧した際に、前記第2の筒体(40)に設けられた係止部から離脱して前記駆動機構を先端部方向に変位させる係止片を有することを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項1記載の穿刺装置において、
前記穿刺装置は、前記当接部(170)の前記生体表面に対する押圧力が所定の値以上に至ったことを報知するため、触覚、視覚及び聴覚の少なくとも1つにより感得させる報知部を備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項6記載の穿刺装置において、
前記触覚により感得させる報知部が、前記押圧ボタンと前記第2の筒体(40)との摺動抵抗の変化により知らせることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項1記載の穿刺装置において、
前記穿刺制御部は、前記第1の筒体(12)に設けられた穿刺ボタンと、前記駆動機構の変位を制御する電気制御機構とを備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項8記載の穿刺装置において、
前記電気制御機構は、前記第2の筒体(40)が変位した位置に応じて電気回路の開閉を行う第1のスイッチ(T)と、前記穿刺ボタンによって付勢される第2のスイッチ(S)と、前記駆動機構を変位させるアクチュエータ(R)とを備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項8記載の穿刺装置において、
前記当接部(170)の前記生体表面に対する押圧力が所定の値以上に至ったことを報知するため、触覚、視覚、及び聴覚の少なくとも1つにより感得させる報知部を備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 請求項1記載の穿刺装置において、
穿刺後に適度な量の血液が滲み出るまでの間、前記当接部(170)を前記生体表面に対して押し当て続けるように喚起する押圧継続喚起部を備えることを特徴とする穿刺装置。
