Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態による多層樹脂チューブの横断面を示す。この多層樹脂チューブは、外側から順に第1層から第6層まで全部で6層の樹脂層から構成されている。第1層は、チューブの強度を保持し、低温での耐衝撃性を高めるための樹脂層である。第2層は、樹脂チューブに低透過性を付加するための第1の低透過性バリア層である。第5層は第2の低透過性バリア層、第6層は第3の低透過性バリア層であり、この実施形態では、低透過性バリア層が合計3層設けられている。第3層は、第2層と第5層との接着性を補強するためのスペーサ層である。第4層は本来の接着強度を保持する接着材料からなる接着層である。
第3層に用いるPA11、PA12は第1層と同様である。
第4層の接着層に用いられる樹脂は、接着性樹脂アミド結合またはイミド結合を可能となるアミド基またはイミド基をもつ樹脂や、カルボン酸や酸変性された樹脂があり、好適なものとしては、例えば、宇部興産製7034Uがある。
第6層をETFEで構成した例が実施例9、10である。
Claims (5)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を材料とする複数の樹脂層からなる多層構造を有する多層樹脂チューブにおいて、
前記複数の樹脂層のうち、少なくとも1層がポリアミド9Tからなる第1の低透過性バリア層であり、
前記第1低透過性バリア層に隣接する内側層のさらに内側に、ポリアミド6またはポリアミド66を主成分とする第2の低透過性バリア層を有し、
前記第1低透過バリア層に隣接する内側層は、当該第1低透過バリア層と第2低透過バリア層の間の接着層と、該第1透過バリア層のポリアミド9Tの双方に対して接着親和性を有するポリアミド11またはポリアミド12からなるスペーサ層であることを特徴とする多層樹脂チューブ。 - 前記第2低透過バリア層の内側の最内層に、第3の低透過バリア層を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記第3低透過バリア層は、導電フィラーの添加により導電性を付加したポリアミド樹脂からなる導電樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記導電樹脂は、ポリアミド6またはポリアミド66に、導電フィラーとしてカーボンナノチューブ、カーボンブラック、カーボン長繊維のうち、いずれかを原材料100重量部中5〜30重量%を配合した樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 燃料接触面を形成する最内層は、ETFE(エチレンテトラフルオロエチレン)からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
