Description
従来、高融点を持つ樹脂を材料とする単層チューブとしては、ETFE(エチレン+テトラフルオロエチレン共重合体)単層チューブ、PBN(ポリブチレンナフタレート)単層チューブ、PBT(ポリブチレンテレフタレート)単層チューブ、PA/PA66(ポリアミド6とポリアミド66のコンパウンド)単層チューブなどが知られている。
図2は本実施形態の多層樹脂チューブの側面図である。この多層樹脂チューブは角形の凹凸が所定のピッチで連続する蛇腹部1と管端部を形成する直管部2とからなる蛇腹形状のチューブである。

Claims (7)
- 自動車の燃料タンク内部に収容されてタンク内での配管に用いられるチューブであって、熱可塑性樹脂を材料とする複数の樹脂層からなる多層構造を有する多層樹脂チューブにおいて、
前記燃料タンク内の燃料に直接接触する燃料接触面を有する最外層および最内層を酸変性されたETFEからなる、中間層に較べてごく薄い樹脂層とし、前記中間層をポリアミド6またはポリアミド66を主体とする樹脂層とする3層サンドイッチ構造にしたことを特徴とする多層樹脂チューブ。 - 前記中間層を構成する樹脂は、ポリアミド6またはポリアミド66からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記中間層は、オレフィン系エラストマーまたはエステル系エラストマーを含有するポリアミド6からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記中間層は、オレフィン系エラストマーまたはポリエステル系エラストマーを含有するポリアミド66からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記中間層は、ポリアミド6とポリアミド66とがコンパウンドした樹脂にポリエステル系エラストマーまたはオレフィン系エラストマーを含有する樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- 前記エラストマーの含有量は、10〜40(重量%)の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項3乃至5のいずれかの項に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
- チューブ形状が蛇腹形状に成形されたチューブであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の多層樹脂チューブ。
